Very dissatisfied

Within 3 months the engine lights was on. S & L did nothing about it. Had to replace the battery within 3 months of purchase. Did an oil change had to replace oil bypass valve due to missing part. The air conditioner does not work. Left message for S & L to call us back. They never called. Sold us the van saying it had air conditioning. We had to go to our own mechanic and paid over $200 so we could have air conditioning on vacation. They told us there is a leak in the back which is going to cost us more money to fix. S & L wouldn’t do anything but charge us to look at it when we know it has a leak already. How can they sell a van with air conditioning when it doesn’t work.Very dissatisfied with there service. Would never buy a car from them again.

Bought vehicle in March ac doesn’t work

First time we tried ac it didn’t work and they wanted to charge us full price to fix. General manager and sales manager were horrible wouldn’t cover under warrant or give us a deal to fix.

Dealer performed recommended software update - took reasonable amount of time , disappointed no-one offered free car wash per usual

Unhappy

I had found a used car on Cargurus listed through the dealership. I called that morning and asked if I could come look at it in the afternoon. When I arrived the vehicle was not even cleaned up. The middle council was sticky, they was dried food on the steering wheel and head unit. I asked if there was any issues known to the vehicle and was told no. A week end a half into having the car the touch screen display stopped working. I lost the back up camera access and navigation. Called the dealership several times and have not had any help. The first time I called he told me maybe the car to warm up.. this problem better get resolved or I taking the vehicle back.

Very happy with attention givin, not to much and not to little. I am always worried about being bothered all the time by sales people.

Very reliable dealer, trustworthy sale stafd

Nothing short of great service. All vehicles purchased from here had little to no issues. Will definitely be back in the future! Also, great staff and wide selection of cars/trucks.

Never go there!!

Very poor contact/dealership!!!

Contacted dealer to purchase a RAM 1500... Dealer sent email saying they would be in touch... Never heard from them... Had to purchase vehicle from a different dealer... I would not recommend this dealership!!!

Ram 1500

Horrible dealership!!! Contacted them with things that I was looking for in a truck,.. Tharp said they'd get back to me & never did... Don't buy here!!!
