Working with Jake Staroba was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle! The rest of the team at Gandrud from sales manager, finance to parts all excellent to deal with. I will be sure to recommend my family and friends to Gandrud and to Jake Staroba.

I was driving through Gandruds used lot getting desperate to find a new car before the weekend. I had stopped and jumped out to look at a caliber, when Matt approached me. He was very polite and asked what I was looking for. I described what I was looking for and Matt said he didn't have anything at the time, but said he would keep me in the loop and get back to me by Friday. 20 minutes later he called and said he had a car for me that he just got in. We drove my new car home Friday, 2 days after he called me. Matt was never pushy, always polite and informative. I rated Gandrud a 5 out of 5 because of everything they did for us and ESPECIALLY because we never delt with a pushy salesmen or pushy employee.

I like that there was no pressure on what vehicle to buy. I went there with a set amount to spend and no pressure to buy something I couldn't afford. Staff was very friendly.

Nate was very friendly and knowledgeable about the truck we bought. After we left the dealership we had a few more questions. Nate returned our ohone call promptly and answered our questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

Normally when you walk into a dealership there are salesman circling you like vultures. Not here. We actually had time to look around. Then someone approached us, asked us if we had been helped and then found a salesman for us. We sat down with Eric and told Him what we wanted. He found the truck, got the keys, and we were test driving it within 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to get to know us. It wasn't just about the sale. He never tried to push us into another vehicle or a more expensive truck. Jay took care of the financial transaction and explained everything perfectly. Sometimes purchasing a vehicle can be very confusing, but not at Gandrud. Great job Gandrud.

Eric Rand was probably the most knowledgeable of any salesperson I have dealt with. What impressed me the most is that he took his time in explaining everything about the vehicle. He treated my wife and I with respect and went through the vehicle from the front to the back. I looked at numerous vehicles in the last couple of months but I am glad I settled with Gandrud and Eric.
