Gandrud Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-RAM

My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Gandrud Dodge and Gandrud Chevy. Before this car, I had bought a 2015 Chrysler 200S off the showroom floor. Shortly after the first oil change I started to notice the transmission was slipping and a few other problems. I had the car in quite a few times, and then I started not shifting from 2nd to 3rd or stalling out. I was referred to Chrysler ... who would do nothing about this because my car now has 38000+ miles (despite the bumper to bumper warranty). After 16 months of banging my head against the wall, the sales team (my normal salesman, Mike Walters and the management from new and used car sales, along with the GM) came together to help me out of a car that was starting to create safety problems (I drive from Madison to GB three times a week). My family and I cannot thank them enough for what they did to help with a situation that was starting to seem hopeless and becoming more and more dangerous. Even when Chrysler would not stand behind their product, the Gandrud family came through for us ... and not only did they give a good outcome to a horrible situation, they put me in my dream car and secured my family's business for a lifetime - we will not buy from anyone else. I will also add that the service department is outstanding and will go to bat for their customers ... they are very knowledgeable and we're an immense help through this whole ordeal. Tom was great to work with. He was honest, very informative, and professional. We have purchased many cars over the years but this was our first Dodge product. This was the fifth stop I had made in search for a new truck. I was left hanging by a salesman, another couldn't start the truck, one couldn't find the truck, one wasn't what I was looking for, and then finally I met a salesman willing to sell me a vehicle that was at the dealership and started. He was a very personal man that didn't make me feel pressured into anything and made the experience extremely comfortable.

So far we have purchased both of our vans from Gandrud. It was about seven years ago we got the first one. Both times the shopping experience was low stress. Everything was explained well. Go see Brick Cole, excellent professional. He was very patient with us and our three children. He went above and beyond even helping get the vehicle ready to leave. Just a great experience start to finish. Our first stop both times, but we had to look around to be sure it was a good deal. Both times it was the best price we could find. Very happy customers.
