I am so happy with the service.
I am so grateful for V and H in Marshfield. I had some issues with my key, the transponder went out. I really had to get back to Minnesota for school and I told them this, and Jerry stayed late to fix this issue for me, and seemed happy to do it. I would 10/10 recommend V and H. They have wonderful service and decent prices and they seem very driven on helping people. great great service. Without them, I would still be stuck!

Road noise and routine service
Excellent service, found the issue quickly and solved the noise problem. Replacement parts were on hand allowing for quick resolution. Oil change and fluids were filled and changed. Excellent experiences.

The car was driven before stored and what could be with wear and tear is uncertain. Being that the customer did not contact their salesperson to express concerns is puzzling. Being that the service manager was the person to inform the customer of a customer pay situation due to the vehicle warranty being expired and customer decline of an additional service contract we can see that the sentiment may be abrasive from the receiving sit of the customer's point over view. Maybe a better description of all the events and conditions of the vehicle could be brought up on a may thorough listing of the number of stars chosen?
