Was in to trade in a vehicle and spent 4 hours going back and fourth on purchasing a truck. I went into the process knowing that having negative equity in my personal vehicle i was looking to trade would be a problem. To make a long story short. Having a low credit score and being told " Could always hope to win the LOTTERY could be an option" to buy from them was the moment I realized that Hey, I will never need to have anything to do with V&H Ford and there credit department. Thank you for making my experience the worst,degrading one a human being can have.

Purchased a really nice 2020 Lincoln Nautilus from V & H last August. Beautiful vehicle that caught our eye. Very Positive experience as they corrected every issue I had with the vehicle and even one a bit more costly that I didn’t notice until after I had the car a few weeks. While I am fussy about my vehicles, their personnel were very patient,acomodating, and knowledgeable. They listen to their customers. Would buy again. John Durham, Mosinee,WI

We had been in contact with V&H, test drove the vehicle, told them we wanted to purchase it, while we were going thru the financing, they sold the vehicle. Terrible service. That was Low as you can get.

An exceptional dealership
My wife was looking for a used Prius. V and H had two. I messaged V and H about the two Priuses and found that one had just sold. A sales person responded to my message immediately, stating that there was one left and he would be happy to set up a time for my wife to test drive it. My wife test drove the Prius and bought it. Since that time, the sales person, Riley Johnson, has contacted me several times to make sure that we are please with our purchase and if he can help with any problems with the car. We did find a minor hole in the passenger front seat. Riley immediately responded and arranged to have the repair made. The repair was made today, to our satisfaction. If V and H can get their hands on a hybrid comparable to the Prius with mileage, I'm switching dealerships and will happily make the drive from Wausau. It was such a pleasure to work with people who are willing to go beyond just getting a sale, working more on long term satisfaction by going the extra mile to keep a customer satisfied with a purchase.

Replacement Jeep needed urgently
Our Jeep was in a wreck and we needed another vehicle. The folks at V&H were instantly helpful in finding a similar Jeep for us. Sure was a nice situation after a bad wreck.

don't call back
called for an oil change appointment for my mustang , had me leave a voice mail and never called back , it irritates me when businesses don.t call back

No CarFax!
Asked online first about a truck there as there was no carfax listed and all I wanted was the history up front not an appointment to see it. When the salesman went looking for that information it was like an eternity which seemed fishy to me. I ended up purchasing my new truck from another place because I felt no trust here with the staff in hiding history and way to long to get back to me, best part they are still sitting on that truck I didn’t buy so do they really want to sell anything?

Disappointed service
We purchased our last 5 vehicles from V & H, but when my 2019 F250 had issues recently,the service department couldn't offer any appointments before a month out! I can understand a week, but a month! Unacceptable, we called another local Ford dealership and they got us in within a week, and have the part already on order 2 weeks before I can even get an appointment from V & H. It was commented how odd it was we couldn't get in sooner especially since the vehicle was purchased at V & H. Very disappointed. We will remember the outstanding service of the Ford Dealership that got us in and diagnosed the issue when it comes time to get another vehicle.
