Great Experience Yet Again

Love Fort Mill Hyundai..

The best car shopping experience I've ever had! My salesman Nathan Carroll went out of his way to help me find a car I would be happy with and Austin Morris made sure the payment was affordable for me. They stayed past closing for me to get my new car the same day. I've honestly never been to a dealership where I was treated like family! Will definitely be buying another car from these two gentlemen...

Very pleased!

I went to Fort Mill Hyundai to test drive the Tuscon and after the drice I decided that was not the car for me. Scott Owen was very patient and helpful and I bought my first car ever! Love the Sante Fe Sport!

Awesome Service Department

I was very happy that Larry was able to get my car in to fix a flat tire and oil change. The service department was booked until 1/4/2016 and I could not wait that long. Nightmare that won't end

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Austin Morris Finance Manager is a crook and liar and I have the emails to back up this claim. For over 2 months he made promises, gave me the run around and passed the buck off to others instead of doing his job. For instance after waiting for a month for one portion of a refund due to be to processed I emailed Austin ( who is horrible about responding) he replied stating it would take 4-8 weeks to process and it was in process. When I got to the dealership I found out that my paperwork was not submitted. As I sat in the Finance Director's office getting the paperwork submitted I received another email from Austin stating that everything was being handled and a check request was being submitted. This is only one of the many times that Austin lied. As of now I am out of $70 due to a stop payment the dealership issued on a check and interest charged. There is also a miscellaneous $400+ missing that no one can itemize. All these monies Austin said he would take care of. This is been a nightmare and has taken my anxiety to a level that I never knew existed. To add insult to injury I was told the only way we can make this better is to put you in a new car. Let me sell you a new car. Please tell me why after explaining ALL that I had been why I would want to by a car from this dealership. I could never trust anyone there after this. Austin was so smug about the situation would not admit his wrongs or offer and honestly apology. He is not type of person I would ever want working for my company.

Bad situation made great

I visited Fort Mill Hyundai last November and purchased a new 2015 Sonata 2.0T. I hadn’t quite reached a year of ownership when I had the unfortunate experience of having a car accident. This accident totaled my car and left me in need of a replacement vehicle. I contacted your internet sales department, explained my situation and we began the process. Understanding the long procedure it could be while trying to work with insurance companies, body shops, adjusters, and such, both Jeannine Longo and Nathan Carroll were patience as I dealt with all the necessary paperwork I needed to finalize this process. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful time and I live in the University area of Charlotte. I know I passed at least 3 other Hyundai dealerships before getting to Fort Mill but to avoid the unnecessary headaches I came to your dealership so I wouldn't have to be bothered with any added pressure associated with buying my new car.

Great Tire Service in a Moments Notice!

I liked the willingness to accommodate our situation regarding our tire. The service people were friendly, the service area was clean, and my husband and I appreciated the available internet service and available refreshments
