This place will do anything to sell a car, and it's honestly a terrible place to buy from. The salesman lied to my mom three times about fixing her car, and when I went in to get a car, they kept repeating the same lies every time I had to make a purchase. I ended up going to a dealership in Appleton where I didn’t have to put anything down. The way they treated us made me feel like it was because we're Black. I really don’t recommend buying a car from them; they need to be closed down.

This is the worst dealership.
This is the worst dealership. They lied about our interest rate, they claimed a repair under my warranty that they were supposed to take care of and when I complained they said “we are not dealing with your f***ing car anymore”. Now it needs an engine. $20,000 down the drain.

Bought a jeep, within 3 months needed to timing chain.
Bought a jeep, within 3 months needed to timing chain. Paid $2,700 for an extended warranty, which I later learned only covered $5,000 in repair. The warranty covered $2,300 all said and done. Now that I used it, the warranty is over. I’m out an additional $456.00 after warranty cover. I guess it’s partially my fault for not reading the fine print, while looking at a smiling, thought to be trustworthy salesman. I realize it’s a used vehicle, I’m 70 never ever had to replace a timing chain. Grrrrrrr😡

Unfortunaly there is no way to know when a timing chain is going to go bad on a safety inspection, we are not required to take engines apart for a safety. It sounds like its a good thing you got an extended warranty so you wouldn't have to pay for a full repair and you should have remaining warranty coverage left. Just because you used it does not mean that's its over so Im confused what your upset about. From your review it sounds like you got a great deal.
Does it make sense to pay $2700 for a $2300 warranty? My understanding is once you reach $5,000 it’s over

Place is a scam
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! I financed a 2011 bmw 535i from them as soon as I got it the next day it had a CV axle boot torn and was clicking I called them up and Tim said he would call me back to set something up never did so I called again and he told me he said to park it in the movie theater parking lot next to their dealership which was a lie he never said that and why would I park it there! Then they also told me it's 100 for labor charge I asked if they would cover the cost he wouldn't and brought up how the car was sold as is. This place is a scam they don't even inspect there cars when they buy them I had a lug nut missing on the passenger side plus not including after I fixed the CV axle myself the water pump failed and started leaking DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED! Don't believe a word Kyle or Tim say they know how to talk you into buying and make it seem like there helping you when there not! Terrible experience with them and very poor customer service hopefully one day the BBB does something because they will sell you a unsafe car.

Worst experience ever
We had been searching for a Honda CR-V and found one at the dealership in Fond du Lac. Drove down to check out the car and really liked it. Was a little worried about the check engine light being on but was told that it was an O2 sensor and they had it ordered. They said as soon as it came in they would put it in. We believed them and bought the car. It took 3 weeks of calling every couple of days to finally get them to put it in. That was not the problem. Ended up taking it to the dealership in Appleton. They had the vehicle for about 3 weeks to get it, what we thought was to get it fixed, but when we got it back the check engine light came back on. While they had it they replaced the wiring and the main computer (at least this is what they told us)Due to my wife receiving cancer treatments the car was parked for a couple months. When I went to drive it again I called Amy about replacing the sensor, she said they could but we would need to pay for it. I took it to my mechanic to get it fixed. He called me the next day and told me that replacing the O2 sensor was not going to fix the problem. He said that whoever fixed the wiring just spliced together the wires, soldered them and then wrapped them in black tape. We then took it to a Honda dealer to get it fixed properly. We were told by the dealership that whoever tried to fixed the wiring fixed some of it wrong and also didn’t even use the right type of wiring, some of it looked like it was telephone wire. By the time we have the vehicle completely fixed it will cost us a third of what we paid for the vehicle. I have talked to Amy about talking to the owner and seeing if we could come up with a solution to this since we were lied to and the vehicle was not fixed properly when they had it. We have been in contact with a lawyer and was told we have a very good case against them, which is going to be our next step since they continue to blow off every chance we have given them to fix this. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.
