I don't write bad reviews often but this takes the cake tried for 10 days to get a price on a truck as I am over 100 miles away the first Saturday sent 3 emails no response so I sent not such a nice one I guess you don't want to sell vehicles then I got a response from 2 people so I responded back trying to get affirm price because I live so far came down some but I had to send several e mails to get a response. so I sent one to Jody Cromer sales mgr not 1 but 3 no response so I called asked for the general mgr the lady said we don't have one then I asked for the owner not in asked for his e mail dpesnt have one so I found it on their website sent him one no response I cant imagine sevice after the sale cant get it before the sale so the sales manager and owner have no time to respond or don't care good luck to anyone buying here I had cash and ready to buy how stupid these people are.

Horrible experience

Went to look at a used suv, was assured it had no accidents, clean car fax, ready to go. Drove 100 miles to find an suv with the entire right side scarred from going into a ditch, or something. back bumper pulled down, NOT in great shape, not pristine as stated. Wasted an entire afternoon of which I have very few free, so I'm EXTREMELY unhappy. I will never do business with these liars again.

Oil change appointment

I made an appointment for 3 p.m. oil change. It's been 50 minutes and my truck hasn't moved from the parking lot. I tried to go see what the deal was and I waited for over 10 minutes till someone came to the service desk. Horrible timeliness, I thought that's why we make appointments. A courtesy call would be nice if you are running behind.

My car needed some services done and Jeremy made sure everything was taken care of, he kept me updated on everything just like he promised, and made sure to get me a loaner so my busy life was not disturbed. I can not say thank you enough but thank you Jeremy. If you need services done on your vehicle make sure to visit Jeremy you will be taken care of .

Ms. Canter

Always a pleasure to take my car to Lowes. The staff is efficient and I am always pleased with their work. This may sound crazy, but my car tells me also. It runs smoother than if I take it somewhere else for any services. I can tell the difference as soon as I start the my engine. I am never overcharged and that is very important to all of us
