Working with MJ was an absolute joy. Great Buying Experience! Highly Recommend!

I just had a great experience buying from Ed Napleton Honda. Had been looking for a great used CRV for my kids. Found a perfect low mileage '16 CRV EX at Napleton. Steve Ignowski, Russ Onda and Issa Haddad were real xxxxxxwho made the entire buying process very easy. No games. Total straight shooters. Also, the prep that they did on the car before I picked it up was nothing short of phenomenal. Made it look brand new. Would recommend this dealer to anyone! Wish more dealers were like the team at Ed Napleton.

Great!

This dealership is honestly great. I was set on the 2015 Chrysler 200s awd and the employees were extremely friendly and helped make my buying process so much easier. Very attentive to my wants and needs. If I had any questions they were quick to address them and seemed genuinely concerned in fitting my needs. We were even addressed by the sales manager and service manager. Nothing was rushed and they let me take my time in my purchasing process. 10/10 would recommend to others.

An excellent place to purchase a car!

I finally had to trade in my 26 year old Honda Accord yesterday. I put it off until it couldn't be fixed anymore or it cost too much money for repairs. So, I checked out cars available at Napleton Honda online, found a CRV I liked a lot and went in for a test drive. That SUV was too expensive for my budget so Peter took me on a test drive in a 2014 Honda Civic. It handled great and was just what I was looking for. I spoke with Tony Chippas over the phone the day before and he was very encouraging and assured me they would take care of me in finding the right car. Tony introduced me to Peter and he took it from there, with Tony helping in the process from time to time. They let me take the car to my mechanic for a thorough once over and made any recommended very minor adjustments needed when I returned. They were most encouraging throughout the entire process. I got approved for the loan and was taken to the finance department where I met Frank who patiently explained everything to me and offered me a great deal on extras like an extended warranty that fit my needs. I couldn't ask for a more competent and friendly group of gentlemen. Buying a car can be an intimidating process, but Tony, Peter, and Frank made it easy and flawless. Thank you so much for being so professional and for treating me like a friend, not just another customer. Your phone calls to me later in the afternoon and this morning showed that you are grateful for your customer's and want to make sure they are happy with their purchase. I appreciate you all! God bless you! Catherine Gail; one happy and satisfied customer! Oh, and I would also like to mention the gentlemen who took care of the minor adjustments in the service department. Danny who touched up any nicks in the paint to the point that it looked like they were never there. Dominic who came out and measured the tread on my tires giving me the okay that they were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. And Ricky who detailed my car, cleaned the interior and made it look brand spanking new! All three talked with me personally and said they would be happy to help with anything else I needed. They were so friendly and accommodating and did such a great job that they deserve kudos, as well! My car looked like brand new when they were finished servicing it! All of these gentlemen, Tony, Peter, Frank, Danny, Dominic, and Ricky, shook my hand and said they were happy to help me! It doesn't get any better than that! Super job to all of you!!!! And thank you from the bottom of my heart! p.s. I also spoke with Dee Dee on the phone before I ever went in to the dealership. A great person! Very sweet and encouraging! Thanks Dee Dee! If you're looking for a car, get yourself over to Napleton Honda! No sense shopping around; they'll do whatever it takes to make you happy! One final word: I prayed over this decision before I ever went out to shop for a car. The Lord answered my prayers by leading me to this dealership. All the glory goes to Him, my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I can do nothing without Him! May he draw all these great people to Him!

Shopping for VW at Napleton's in Urbana, IL

An enjoyable experience working with Idris McPherson at Napleton's in Urbana, IL. He answered all of our questions and explained the differences between the two cars we were considering. Very patient and understanding. He took a lot of time explaining the operation and the safety features as well as the "smart" features that were available on the 2017 Passat we chose.

The best experience

Our family has repeatedly ended up purchasing from Napleton's in Urbana over the past 9 years because of great customer service. Our salesman, Idris has always been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond with each sale to make sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. Treated like royalty

I was treated with the upmost respect. From the time I walked in the door, to the time I left Chris and the entire Napelton Honda staff had excellent customer service. Iggy made certain that i would receive VIP treatment and I enjoyed every minute of it. I cannot forget about Mr. Day. He is the sales employee that helped make both of my purchases possible. Not only that, but he also is one of the kindest, most professional employees of Ed Napelton Honda I have ever met!

Above and beyond.

I would like to personally thank Mr. Tony Chippas, Mr. Samuel Day and Mr. Dave Reiser for putting my wife behind the seat of her new car. I am a car / truck buyer who typically purchases vehicles thru the internet to avoid dealing with the games that car dealers often play when trying to purchase a vehicle. Visiting car dealers is second only to a root canal in my rankings of unpleasant experiences. All three of these gentlemen Tony, Samuel and Dave went out of their way to make my purchase quick and easy. They valued my time as much as I do and made my purchase a pleasant experience.
