Best service department

I walked in for a oil change. As soon as I arrived they were helping me decide what I needed and did the service for a reasonable . Even had my car washed for no charge. Definitely coming back for service

Great Service & Fair Deals!

I just bought a used Honda Accord from Ed Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn yesterday and am very satisfied with the service I received from both Chris and Tony! I knew which car I wanted and Chris had it available for me to test drive right away. During the drive Chris was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions. Prior to coming to the dealership I had already comparison shopped online and was pleased that the price online was the price quoted at the dealership. There were a few extra charges that almost caused me to leave without purchasing the car, however Chris was able to work with me to find a solution which was very much appreciated. Chris was patient and not pushy and allowed my wife and I to discuss when needed without feeling pressured. I highly recommend Chris to help you out when purchasing your next car! Tony the Sales Manager, was also involved in the entire process and ensured we left happy and feeling like we got a fair deal. Tony was available to answer all our questions and even provided some advice beyond what was expected. The only complaint I would have is that the guy helping us with financing noted two keys; but then when we left the dealership there was only one key for the car. Not a huge deal (and probably something I should have asked Chris directly about earlier in the process) but now that I know new keys cost a few hundred dollars, this is something everyone should remember to ask! Overall, my wife and I left satisfied that we had received a fair deal on our new Honda and would recommend this dealership to others.

Wonderful Customer Service!

I was summoned to the dealership by my friend and long time customer, James Barrow. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and welcomed by Gerald Griffin. Unbeknownst to me, James had laid the ground work for me to get a new car. While test driving my soon to be automobile, Gerald offered practical and important information. He anticipated my questions and offered answers before I could ask them. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was not pushy. After I made my decision, Gerald made the process so much smoother and easier to traverse. Gerald was extremely thorough, making sure the windows were fingerprint free, the keys worked, and the plates where taken off my old car. He also made sure I was aware of the advantages of purchasing a vehicle from Napleton in Oak Lawn. Gerald made my buying experience pleasurable. I would definitely refer my friends to Gerald.

Good dealer

The dealer Sam was very helpful in giving us the information we want. He was very courteous, as well. The manager was quick to offer us a good price. The deal was reached within half an hour. We were happy with the new car.

New car

I have been contacting the dealer via email. The salesman was pilot and questions were responded to quickly. I did find one place lower and asked if they could beat it and was advised to call. Would have preferred a yes or no.

Carlos at Napleton was awesome... from the moment I walked in. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me on anything outside of those guidelines. He also listened to the terms I wanted and did not try to steer me in another direction . This is the best car buying experience I have had . He also explained my concerns to his manager who also accommodated my requests and concerns.
