Have had my truck in for repair 3- Times in the last 7 months. Work was done under my warranty plan. It seems that the under skid plate cover was removed . When I asked about it was told that it was just cheep fiber and a bad factory design. All I know is that it is part of the FX package. Cost is like. $ 400 Was told it's just a mistory. Guess I'll be looking for a new dealership for my next, service & new car purchase. And to tell anyone I know to shop anywhere but Burstrom !

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!
Drove Almost four hours to finally purchase a car that we have been considering for nearly a month before pulling the trigger at this dealership. I show up, look around the car and find water underneath the spare wheel well along with a SUBSTANTIAL amount of mold growing all over it. After bringing it up to their attention they QUICKLY take in the car to inspect it and figure out where the leak was. I leave while they do the inspection to have Lunch and wait around in the area. Zach and Jeff who were helping us through it called my husband a couple of hours later to tell him they were still trying to figure out where the water came from and that it wouldn’t be done before the end of the day. I drive four hours back home without the car expecting them to call me back as soon as it was fixed so i can purchase it to then find out they sold it to someone else 24 HOURS after i was there. If this isn’t Shady business I don’t know what is. I can only assume these people cleaned the water and mold and quickly sold it to the next person without disclosing what was found. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU PURCHASE A BLACK 2019 FORD FLEX WITH 26,044 MILES ON IT ON MAY 4th OF 2021 FROM BERGSTROM LOCATED ON 3355 JACKSON STREET IN OSHKOSH WISCONSIN YOU MAY WANT TO LOOK INTO THIS!!!!

Hi Gisela. Thanks for reaching out and thanks for the feedback. There is more to the story. We have a proud team who does things the right way. We have 100s of great guests and experiences every week. In this particular case, the vehicle in question required additional service to repair a water leak. We offered you the right to reserve the vehicle by making a deposit. You declined. The vehicle has been repaired (new seal around roof rail), no mold was discovered, and it has since sold to another guest. While it's unfortunate this situation didn't work out, we appreciate the opportunity.
I have been a very satisfied customer since 2014.
I have always had excellent service at this dealership. I purchased a used 2012 Ford Edge and have had very few problems. Any work I needed done was taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

Guaranteed absolute DISASTER car buying experience
Stay away from Jeff Dobrunz and this place in general!!! THIS IS YOUR WARNING! They need to do an internal exam on how they treat their customers and their overall car buying process. I am certain if they did Jeff would no longer be with them. No matter how good of a deal they give you, not worth the mistreatment and disrespect they give you. Just walk away.... far, far away from this place and any Bergstrom for that matter. Jeff is the most unprofessional, unorganized person I have met in this business, and that is saying a lot considering I've had my fair share of dealership experiences. I will be doing my family and friends a huge favor by telling them to stay away from this place.

Thanks for reaching out and for your feedback. We have a proud team so when things don't go right we want to correct the situation and adjust our process if necessary. Unfortunately, we don't have "Insulation Holdings" in our system. What is your name? Shoot us a message, we want to help. (social@bergstromauto.com)
Be extremely careful if you choose to purchase a vehicle...
Be extremely careful if you choose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. ASK FOR THE TITLE. These guys are not who they seem no matter what the other reviews say. Tom Lilach sold me a vehicle on Jan 4th that Bergstrom didn't have the title for, confirmed yesterday by the Finance guy. Told Tom received letter from DOT that car was not titled or registered, told me it was taken care of and car was registered. Checked with DOT a week later because you cannot trust a car salesman and found that it was not taken care of. Stopped in to discuss a separate deal and true colors began to show, rude and unprofessional comments. Told Tom that car was not taken car of and he proceeded to lie to me again and told me it was. Inquired about how guaranteed financing worked and Tom told me they will give me $1500.00 a month payments, which I in no way could afford, but it would satisfy their claim of offering guaranteed financing. Isn't that great. New GM said he would take the bull by the horns, but sorry DOT closed, has off the next day, oh and sorry, DOT closed on Sat. Finance guy said I would have plates today since they finally got the original owner to sign the title. You know the story by now, no plates. Said he has to take care of kids and has stuff to do so maybe I can take off work and take care of it. xxxx NO!! This fine group at Bergstrom Ford definitely goes out of their way to take care of their customers. Don't even bother trying to contact Corporate either because they will transfer you to every Bergstrom dealer in the state before they would ever connect you to Corporate. Just a little tip, Your best bang for the buck is send John an email and contact BBB as well as DOT dealer investigation. At this point, stuck with a vehicle that I still have no proof is mine, is not registered, basically cannot drive, but required to pay for. Not quite sure how they thought they would get away with selling a car without the title but sure they will be explaining it in the coming weeks.

Scam, fraud
They lie to their customers, did not disclosed the carfax of the car instead they lied stating it only had one owner, also after almost two months I found out they charge me for some protection plans that was never agreed or Applied to the pain of my truck.

Hi Gloria. Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the frustration. We have a proud team who does things the right way. Frankly, we wouldn't be in business very long if we operated our business as you're claiming. It is not Us vs. You...we're working together to find the right car at the right price. Thank you for the opportunity.
Avoid Sales and Service
We used to have a ’13 Ford Fusion and took it in to get a sensor fixed. Initially we were told it was covered under warranty, then it wasn’t, then it was, eventually we got Ford corporate involved and they said the techs there should take care of it. After weeks of not having AC, and having dozens of calls not returned, we finally took it somewhere else to get fixed. A few months later there was a recall on the on our car, so took it to Les Stumpf to get fixed since I couldn’t trust Bergstrom techs/management. I really enjoyed driving out of the way and passing two Bergstrom Fords along the way to have someone who treats customers well. A few years later while car shopping to replace a different car, they had one we were interested in. The sales person talked about how the ‘new Bergstrom’ was no hassle, and customer focused. They knew it was our first test drive of many vehicles we were looking at, still brought the finance manager out and followed us back to our car. It’s mind boggling how Bergstrom has a monopoly on new cars in Oshkosh, we surely deserve better than them.

Lack of experience
Buying process was smooth. The dealership is extremely shady. Only gave one option for an extended warranty that only excluded tires and windshield wipers according to them. After having my car for 5 weeks, they "fixed" the issue only for it to occur again later. They will try to nickel and dime you as much as they can. Read all the recent reviews. Bergstrom service is nothing like it used to be.
