Was not helpful. Sales rep act like they didn't want to sell a car. Was not present upon appointment. Was treated unprofessionally. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. Bergstrom overall is a great car dealer just not this location. Receptionist does not acknowledge your presence, no greetings, stares at you for a little while then ask do you have an appointment....like ok sorry I didn't show up in a suit and tie.

Disappointing service experience.
Took my Cadillac in for a simple service of oil change, tire rotation, filter change. I mentioned to the service advisor when I dropped the car off that the car comes from the factory with staggered tires. Meaning the tires in the rear are wider then the tires in the front so when they do the swap they can only go side to side with the tires they can't go front to back. The next day after my service I noticed that they did swap the front tires with the rear tires. My car is now garagebound until Bergstrom can fix this. You would think a premier Cadillac dealer would know this. Also I didn't have the air filter in stock so I have to go back for that. I'll definitely take my car to a different Cadillac dealer next time for service. Not all was bad so I did give two stars instead of one. The service advisor was friendly and I did like the shuttle service.

Bergstrom Sucks!
If I could leave less than a one star rating I definitely would! I put a down payment on a Colorado truck for my handicapped nephew. After a week of jerking me around with excuses, for why they couldn't complete the deal, I was told they sold the truck to someone else. I then talked with the manager, Craig Komp, from the Green Bay dealership. I also was in contact with some so called "Big Shop" named Steve from their Neenah headquarters. They both promised they would do everything possible to make it right. They found a similar truck for the same amount as my first truck, however, it had 25k more miles on it. They would not give us a reasonable discount for the mileage. They said they would look for yet another truck for us. It's now been almost two months and I have heard from either of these Boso's. I was told they would send us a hundred dollar gift for our aggravations and multiple trips to their dealership. We never received it! I even had to call them to get my down payment refunded! Now it's on to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

Overpriced beyond reality
Bergstrom has a reputation of overpricing vehicles both new and used. I have been shopping for a new GMC Terrain for over 6 months. All of his vehicles are at minimum of at least 6 grand over price. He raises the price and then tells the customer they are a "no haggle". dealer. I found the exact vehicle in Ohio for 10 grand lower. A 2020 GMC Sierra SLT Elevation Package for ten grand lower than Bergstrom. 33k vs 25k. They will be delivering it to me from Ohio. I will never purchase from them again ever especially after selling me a BMW with no back shock and 8 year old tires.

New Silverado advertise for sale
I first contacted this dealer thru Cars.Com . I called the Dealer on 12-23-2019, and Talked to the Sales Advisor Alex. He also sent me a detailed printout of the total cost of vehicle , which was Great ! He insisted that I could put down a deposit to hold vehicle , but I told him I wanted to look at it before I do that. I told him that I would come up on 12-26-2019 to look at truck. The morning of 12-26-2019 he emailed me and told me that the service dept loaned the truck out and he didn't know when the truck would be back . He states that he would be off till Jan 2nd . He said he would leave infor for another Sales Rep to see about getting truck back to dealer and issuing them a different loaner, so I could look at truck Dec. 30 or the 31st. Late morning of the 31st he called me and told me the truck still wasn't back! I got an email from him on Jan 2nd telling me it might be back this afternoon ! To my dismay I received another e-mail stating that the truck would not be back to dealer today , and the new incentive should be fairly good ! All the special incentives on the 2019 Silverado expire today ,Jan,2,2020 Which doesn't do me much good tomorrow ! Very disappointed with this Sales Advisor ! and Bergstrom ! I purchased my last Silverado from Bergstrom in Fond Du Lac on Jan 10,2000 the one I currently drive . Will my next vehicle come from Bergstrom ? I don't know !!!

Don't buy from here
They jerked us around for over a month. Was going to buy a car for my daughter kept saying the parts aren't in. They weren't on the ball either with anything. They put 15 inquires on my daughter's credit and screwed her out of a car. Will never give them business again.
