I had an excellent experience working with Brandon. Very good customer service/people skills. This was my first time buying a car from a major dealership and brandon made sure it was an easy and enjoyable process. He helped me find exactly what i was looking for, and i would definitely buy another car from The Sharpest Rides.

I Called in and was hung up on while waiting on hold. Then Called back, he did not even offer his name ( had to ask for it). Then he told me it was like a ZOO over there, not interested in making a sale with me. Then trying to give him my information on the phone, he kept misspelling my name, and clearly did not care to do business with me. I will never recommend going to this dealership. Consider going to a dealership where they show a little bit of respect to their customers.

One of the best expierences when buying a vehicle. I had visited other dealerships prior and this was the only one to stand out and treat me with such gracious hospitality. Have not had a problem with the vehicle or any issues with the services I was given. Would always recommend.
