Beginning with my phone call late on Tuesday morning, Chris demonstrated his knowledgeability and professionalism. When I arrived that afternoon for my scheduled appointment to look at the car I ultimately purchased, I noticed that the dealership was very busy. Chris was very welcoming and courteous and though I saw how he was working hard to manage all of the tasks relating to helping me, his colleagues and other customers, his demeanor and professionalism were extremely good. He accommodated my requests and satisfied my concerns and questions as I would expect any professional to do. This is the greatest place to shop for a used vehicle, enormous inventory of vehicles. If you weren't satisfied with what you were looking at, there are plenty of other vehicles to look at. Our salesperson (Dominic) was terrific through out the entire process. The only thing that hinder the final process was the buying process, just took a little more time to finish, but I think that goes with buying vehicles or even a home. Great Team @ The Sharpest Rides...keep up the good work.
