He told me the condition of car, negotiated the price, he let me hear the car engine (since I am in Pennsylvania) thru his cell, sent more photos. he did everything I asked. I cannot say enough good things about The Sharpest Rides! Chauncey in particular was fantastic. Within 10 minutes of stepping on to the lot he was able to pinpoint a car that had everything I was looking for, down to the color. He worked within my budget and I never felt any pressure to go higher. Terrence was great as well. He allowed me to test drive the car for several hours so that I could literally side by side compare with other cars I was looking at around town. Nothing was able to beat the quality or the price of the Ford Escape I took home. Financing was quick and easy, their finance guy Wael got me a great rate.
