I was surprised by my experience at The Sharpest Rides. Until last night I'd always gone to the brand dealership, but this time around I wanted to save a little money while still getting the same quality. Car buying is tough. I had a game plan, but on the lot I was overwhelmed with so many great options. I had seven cars on my list and Clarissa took the time to walk me through each one and make sure I was getting the right car for me. In the end it was fun, Paul "the dishwasher" is a character. He made us feel like members of the family and went out of his way to help us get a great deal on a fantastic car. Overall The Sharpest Ride is one big collaborative family. Ari was a really nice and patient person to work with. We had our two younger girls with us and that can always be a test of someone's patience. He was very knowledgeable and honest. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Paul & teamed up with frankie for my shopping experience. Both great guys who took the time & effort to make sure that the experience was nothing short of stellar. I looked @ & drove all the vehicles I was interested in, no pressure to get a vehicle I didn't want. When it came time to make a deal they were able to get me a interest rate lower than my pre approved bank that I had been working with for years! They also agreed to fix any minor issues I had with the vehicle which made me really satisfied with my purchase. Great car, great people, and great service.
