Saw a car that I like online I decided to call and the person that answered was Mario. He told me the condition of car, negotiated the price, he let me hear the car engine (since I am in Pennsylvania) thru his cell, sent more photos. he did everything I asked. I cannot say enough good things about The Sharpest Rides! Chauncey in particular was fantastic. Within 10 minutes of stepping on to the lot he was able to pinpoint a car that had everything I was looking for, down to the color. He worked within my budget and I never felt any pressure to go higher. Terrence was great as well. He allowed me to test drive the car for several hours so that I could literally side by side compare with other cars I was looking at around town. Nothing was able to beat the quality or the price of the Ford Escape I took home. Financing was quick and easy, their finance guy Wael got me a great rate. Brandon was such a good sales agent and great to work with! It was easy to be straight forward and tell him exactly what I was looking for. He had great energy and a positive outlook that made looking for cars a lot of fun. He helped distract our children so we could talk seriously about which car to get. The agents work together to help pull cars around to test drive and it was nice not feeling competition between the other agents. It was helpful hearing their opinions about what cars would drive better but not feeling any pressure to buy any. We left two separate times and there was never any pressure to buy right then and there. We sold ourselves on our car. The Sharpest Rides definitely make it happen!
