I have been back to the service department many times for oil changes and required service maintenance issues and am always impressed with your employees in the service department. Your staff is always very thorough with their recommendations and explain everything well before any work is done. The department is very timely about completing the repairs and also does a great job of obtaining all of my special requests with speed and efficiency. I would like to recognize two gentlemen in particular - Manny and Adrian- for all of their professionalism and guidance over the last two years. I will continue to return to your service department for many years to come!

I misplaced the free oil change card that was give to me at the time that I purchased my car. I called and spoke with Manny and he was very kind. He reviewed my file with management and was able to verify that I had two more free oil changes left. He they called me and invited me to come in a get the oil change. He was also able to give me a new coupon to get the last oil change for my car. I was very satisfied was the service. Thank you Manny , thank you Sharpest Rides!

every thing was great it would be better if they had a little more flexible hours. overall they do a great job on everything.
