Great service!

I had my car in for service, and Paul couldn't have been more professional. Personable and helpful, we went over the service needed and the cost estimate. The work was done on time and on budget, and he called me to let me know when it was completed. Good work in a reasonable time at a fair price with great customer service. I don't know how you could ask for more!

I bought a ford bronco that failed emissions. The service team not only fixed the issue but put $30 worth of gas into the vehicle and didn't charge me a penny. They even took it to the emissions testing center and gave me the passed certificate. I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt friendly service. Thanks guys!

Great experience

My wife & I found SR online, although the vehicle we were interested in was gone, they had a huge selection of vehicles. Our sales person John Carlin spent all day with us helping us find a vehicle. John, was extremely knowledgeable and patient and even bought us lunch. Also the mechanical issue that was promised to be fixed was by the service dept. in a very timely manner Adrian took very good care of us. Everybody has a used car horror story, this was the quite the opposite, thank you very much.

I bought a car from The Sharpest Rides about a month ago....

I bought a car from The Sharpest Rides about a month ago. It was a 2003 BMW 330xi. I had problem with the car, and couldn't get the car down to them. I then took the car to the nearest BMW mechanic and had the car fixed. Cost $309.02. After being in touch with Kevin the owner. He ended up refunding my money. That was something they didn't have to do, and i was very pleased. In the end Kevin made things right. I'm glad to say that they took care of me. Every one is very friendly, and does their best to make the customer happy.

Woooo!!

Great service! Very nice cars that i liked. I bought a 05 Chevrolet pretty good conditions at a low price and low mileage.

good costumer service

I walk in yesterday to buy my second car from them, and i couldn't go wrong with my choice.my new Chevy Silverado is as great as the last car i bought. I'm happy with this lot n i recommend it.my next car ill be getting it from them.

After purchasing a car from Sharpest Ride, I brought it...

After purchasing a car from Sharpest Ride, I brought it back for some agreed upon (in writing) repairs. The first time I brought the car in, they did not fix any of the agreed upon problems. The second time I dropped the car off, they made the repairs but left a screwdriver, air intake boot and fuse panel cover loose in the engine. They also damaged an exterior side panel. After numerous phone calls, they denied everything and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Quick Financing

Walked in looking for a good deal found a lot of cars i liked and great pricing the staff was nice and friendly even offered me a drink.They walked me around the lot with no pressure and no hurry to sell me a car and answer all my questions.2 hour later drove out with a great car.Definitely would recommend the sharpest rides to friends and family....Ask for coby hes a great salesman.

Great lot.

They have a real good costumer service. i bought a 99 jeep cheeroke and Kovy gave me a great deal in my new car. That was few months back, I took it in the shop for a check up last week, and the guy Raymundo pull it in and out . real great experience.

Protect your credit

Anybody can give them your social and they'll take it. My ex needed a cosigner and the salesman, without talking to me ran my credit. The only reason I found out is because I have alerts set up on my credit report. Then when I called them, they tried to sell me a car and when I didn't seem interested enough (I guess) they rushed me off the phone. And they didn't have any answers for why they ran my credit without talking to me first. I suppose it's more important to make a sale, no matter if you know you are paying for it or not! I thank everyone for the reviews because they have an impala that I absolutely love and haven't been able to find anywhere else (slightly over priced) but I'm gonna pass. It doesn't seem worth it because my incident doesn't seem isolated.
