This dealership gets people in with their low prices on nice looking cars but what they don't tell you is all the problems that lie under that nice exterior!! I bought a 2007 Nissan Altima from them in 2011 and let me tell you it was prime! I didn't even have it 6mo and the CVT transmission went out! Thats over 5,000 in repair costs!! They would have caught this on their "mechanic lookover" right!? Nope! My brother bought a chevy trailblazer the same time I bought my car and he had to take it back to the dealership 4 times because of bad or faulty engines! Lets just say we got out from under those pieces of junk real quick! This place is a scam! Sure their cars look nice and are cheap but thats only because you will be paying out your xxx in repairs! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

I bought a car there and said I would only agree if the key line scratch all the way around the car was fixed. they said ok and we agreed on a price (which they lied about there being a new buyer APR that could be reduced after 3 months of payments. i was 18 young and dumb). I took it back to get the scratch fixed and they said it would take 2-3 days. A week and a half goes by and still nothing. I kept calling the salesman and i guess he got tired of hearing i needed my car to get to work and didn't wanna keep having my girlfriend take me so he continued to hang up on me everytime i called. I eventually got the car back after 2 weeks. when i got it back, the scratch was still there!! they tried to buff it out even though me and the manager went over that the scratch was through the primer and you can't buff it out. not only that but the deep scratch on the roof wasn't even buffed! I must have misplaced my contract that said they would fix (repaint) the car and they told me i never signed one saying they would. they lie and cheat you and fully take advantage of you. go to a different dealer and spend 2K more for no headache

This is the WORST place to buy a vehicle. After driving 2 hours after being pre-approved for a Expedition. We get there and they cant FIND the car-Which is very poor serivce, as I told them that we will be traveling with our 10 month old and its 100 degrees outside. So they promised it wouldnt take much to drive the car and get out the door. They called their other lot, and turns out the vehicle was sold a few days before we got there! xxxx POOR COMPANY!

Evryone is real helpful there. I can find nicer cars there for less than what other dealers would charge. Buying a used car is always risky anywere you go. Yes, you need to check out used cars before purchase. By paying less at Sharpest Rides my risk of being upsidedown in a car is reduced. Julian our salesman was great. The whole crew there is wonderful.

You will save yourself a lot of money, time, stress and problems down the road if you buy your car elsewhere. Even if you think you love the car and its the one and only, trust me its not! Me and my family have been dealing with an on going nightmare all thanks to the sharpest rides. Try a Private dealer if you need to get a good deal if cash is tight.

Flaky. They will make promises to fix things, but even given over a week, they will not do so. Liers. If you point out a problem they will say that is how it is supposed to work. Chop shop. They can't fix anything and they over charge. Advice...stay away.

My name is Greta my sales man his name is Julian Vigil, he is wonderful all you need to do is tell him what you are looking for and you can trust he will do anything he can to get you into it, but remember you should have very good credit so you can feel like you are in charge of things, or it might not go your way. Try to keep your credit good and you will be running things like I did, didn't need anything but my drivers lic., and my Insurance. No proof of anything and then you will really get what you want. Sorry if things didn't go your way, I love them, I'm taking my sister soon.

I was not impressed by the service I recieved at this used car lot, I feel like all they want to do is get the sale, so they will tell you anything you want to hear. My salesman was not honest with me, that did not make me confident and happy with my purchase. I wish I would have done more research on the car I purchased off this lot. They did fix the problems with the car, but they shouldnt have sold me the car without telling me the car had not yet went through and passed inspection. Be careful if you purchase a car from the sharpest rides to make sure there are no problems so you can be confident you got a good deal.

I bought a recent Nissan Altima that looked clean and well cared for. A few months later, the driver door window buttons stopped working. I took it to Nissan and they showed me that someone had spliced the wiring after replacing the entire door. A few months later, the paint on my lower front bumper started peeling off. Looking closer, it was a touchup job. This was on the same side as the replaced door.
