Poor customer service

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from a guy named Nick. It had a cracked windshield and passenger side mirror, had it in the contract to be fixed. As soon as I signed the paper work he washed his hands of us. Tried calling and texting. Finally on day 3 talked to him and he said he would text me the contact info so I could call and set it up myself. Never got that text. Day 4 I called and someone said he no longer works here. Not sure I believe them or not. Finally got the service number and set it up myself. I called the finance dept left them my number and never got a return call!! If you are looking for good customer service after you sign paperwork do not come here.

Wouldn’t Recommend

Roger is a good guy to work with I bought two SUV’s in 2014 and they were great. Now in 2017-2018 I have been working with Ryan, he is manipulative and a Liar, he has not been helping with my situation about a vehicle that does not work, and is lying about it. From September 2017 when the in-house financed vehicle began to did out everyday, it seemed as if the company was going to help us now for the past 11 months I have sent the vehicle back and forth only to be told it was dead. Even after numerous attempts of maintenance the vehicle still acts the same payments are still made and even when the vehicle is driven every day it dies. There is no cause for fraudulence I have purchased from this company before so it is sad me and numerous others I’ve been in contact with have been treated the same. I am a veteran they seemed helpful but i was wrong. Good day.

Good Dealership

The staff is helpful, but often very busy and sometimes rushed. Make sure you have plenty of time. They by far have the biggest selections of used cars I’ve ever seen

Josh is AWESOME!

Josh made the purchase of my vehicle stress free. I had a few hiccups during the process but Josh reassured me that it would work out and it did! He was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend Josh and The Sharpest Rides to family and Friends! THANK YOU JOSH YOUR AWESOME!!

Great experience

Everyone was really nice but Julia our sales person was amazing, kind and spent half the day with us. Not only did I get a car I wanted but better than I expected! Thank you Julia and The Sharpest Rides!

Can't beat these guys!

Buying a car is automatically stressful. That's what we all think and are used to. I was weary about even buying a car from a dealership. Mostly because they all treat you like crap at some point in time in the process. NOT THESE GUYS! I will refer The Sharpest Rides to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The staff is a delight! The car are off the hook! The prices are great too! Thank you guys for making this a great experience.

Car broke down after 2 days

I had placed a down payment of $2000 on June 4th, I wasn't able to pick up the car until Friday the 8th. The car left me stranded on Sunday the 10th. After back and forth with Oscar at the repair shop It was finally towed to Denver from Fort Collins on June 12th. I had asked repeatedly to Oscar that I should just take the car to a local repair shop in Fort Collins because I was certain it was the starter. He kept suggesting to me that I get it towed to the repair shop in Englewood, even though it would be $233 and it would be coming out of my pocket. That is when he said it would be reimbursed. After repeated calls that week, I wasn't able to pickup my car until Friday. For that entire week I had to get uber's to and from work. To be able to get to your repair shop I had to get on a greyhound to Denver and then take a Lyft to your repair shop from Union Station. Oscar's customer service was sub-par the entire time and the only reason I chose to tow it to Englewood was because he said it would be reimbursed. I will be getting the tow reimbursed for half, hopefully, even though that isn't what we discussed. I have gotten the run around that Finance, Service, and Sales apparently aren't in the same building so they know nothing of what goes on between them. I am extremely frustrated and PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THE SHADIEST RIDES. I am looking to place a compaint with the BBB.

Smooth

Great dealership. Everyone was friendly. Brandon was great!!!! He didn't pressure me in making any decision. He gave me honest advice on my purchase. He was knowledgeable about the cars that caught my interested. Most of all he was very professional. I will definitely recommend him to those I know who are looking for a new ride.
