Came in from dealerships that kept telling us no or they want super big down payment that we don't have. Bryan showed us car that we liked kept things going quick. I thought I would go home with nothing but you guys made it happen. Bryan our car sales person was amazing polite took care of us super well I never had better experience then today thanks to Bryan and your team my family has amazing car for payment we can afford thank you very much special thanks to Bryan. Bryan needs to be given rase for service and everything he does amazing sales person he changed the way I look at car sales man. Now I be live there is good sales people and dealerships. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS SHADY PLACE. Especially if you are a single female buyer. I am still recovering from an awful experience here yesterday. These people were evasive over the phone and misrepresented a Toyota Tacoma 2012 to me that appeared clean. At the last minute - the day before I was about to drive 5 and a half hours from Taos to pick up my truck - they call me to mention that the truck has some ‘frame damage’. They misled me to believe the damage was from where a previous owner had drilled into the back frame to attach a tow hitch. They assured me MULTIPLE times it was a ‘good truck’. When I went there and demanded to see the sellers report it was written there in black and white, in English ‘even a woman’ could understand, that there was front apron frame damage. This was on the SELLERS REPORT so they would have know the truck had this issue from the get go. From the minute they bought this truck from the auction. If I had not asked, they would have knowingly sold me this damaged vehicle and kept this information hidden. Frame damage is an absolute no no and complete deal breaker on any used vehicle. I felt as though their selling tactics were very aggressive. After I walked away from this truck they tried to sell be an alternative truck with a huge dent in the back at which point I realized it was time to leave. The sales representatives had the audacity to follow me out of the lot in a golf buggy practically chasing me to my rental car. BUYER BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. At the very least get your own independent pre purchase structural and mechanical inspection before you part with your hard earned cash. As soon as you sign on the dotted line they have your money and you have just potentially bought years worth of expensive repairs and a dangerous vehicle. If you are anwoman I would also strongly recommend taking an experienced and knowledgeable preferably male car savvy person with you. I feel these sales people would have no problem taking advantage of a single female buyer. I got away before I got sold a lemon - others may not be so lucky. Incidentally this bad experience has cost me around $500 in wasted time, unnecessary car rental, gas there and back from Denver, and a lot of stress. The Sharpest Ridest - if you are reading this you are welcome to reimburse me as a sign of good will and I will consider taking down this honest and truthful review.

My son and I bought a 2014 Impala in pristine condition for a great price. Victor was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He answered all of our questions, put air in the tires and gas in the tank before leaving, and provided us with helpful tips on car ownership and maintenance.
