Two Year Old Approved!
My experience with Bergstrom was wonderful. I went in talking about buying a used vehicle and instead walked out with a new car via leasing. Matt Ihde was very professional and courteous. I absolutely love my car! I was nervous when I had to bring my two year old with to sign the final papers- little did I know she would have a wonderful time too. Paper signing went quickly- but not quickly enough because she was able to enjoy TWO freshly baked cookies in their kids room area.

100% Great Conpany
I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Bergstrom of Neenah. Would not go anywhere else! I only take my vehicles to Bergstrom of Neenah to do ANY maintenance. I trust them with all my vehicle needs. They are always courteous. .kind...friendly..and just GREAT! I recommend Bergstrom to anyone that I hear needs anything to do with a vehicle.

Car service
One of the many reasons I choose Bergstrom over other auto repair companies- I can schedule an appointment online 24/7. Twice now I have discovered car issues over the weekend and was able to get the car in right away on Monday- no waiting out 2-3 days. Have no complaints about the service either- great to work with.

KUDOS!!
I came in for an oil change, I was professionally greeted, the waiting area is really nice-much nicer than other places I've been with my other vehicle. After about 15 minutes of waiting one of the people that work in the shop came out to ask if I wanted the tires rotated, to which I replied "if you have time." Hans was quite accommodating and said "Sure, No problem", another 10 minutes later the car was done. As a person in customer service myself, I must say these guys are awesome. They made me feel very comfortable AND answered any questions I had. A HUGE THANKS to ALL who assisted from the time I got there until I left. I look forward to seeing them again at the next oil change.

Great shuttle service.
The service writer was very fast and left me wondering if he understood everything. But all work was completed correctly. I appreciate the ride to and from work so that I don't have to wait for the service work to be completed.

Great attention to detail, satisfaction...
The recent oil change was covered as a courtesy authorized by Emmett Storey, at the quick lube center in Neenah. His awareness noticed that we were entitled to several free oil changes that we were not made aware of by the sales team - after the recent purchase of our vehicle. His efforts to make things right were very much appreciated!

Exemplary Service!
I took my Envoy to the Bergstrom Service Center hoping to obtain an estimate for a liftgate repair. Unfortunately, despite an attempt, the Service Center was unable to fix my problem. I was advised to take it to the Bergstrom Body Shop across the street for another estimate. Knowing that I paid for labor for the attempted fix at the Service Center, I was not charged an additional fee. The Body Shop was able to repair my liftgate issue that same morning. I was treated with the utmost in attentiveness and genuine hospitality. In addition to being pleased that my liftgate was going to be fixed for a very reasonable price, I was offered delicious chocolate chip cookies more than once! I was so impressed with my entire experience at Bergstrom! Thank you for providing me with exemplary automotive service!
