Bergstrom GM of Neenah

GM sent me a notice that the replacement of my faulty fuel level sending unit would be replaced at no cost to me. I called the number, a representative put me on a three way call with a Bergstrom service rep, Kristoffer Rohde, and he scheduled me for a convenient day and time for me to have the repair made and it was done to my satisfaction and my vehicle inspected, washed, and returned to me that same day. I found the experience to be very fast and helpful. We received the refund check in just 2 days time after being told to would be in 30 days.

Quick and friendly service as usual. Kelly led a team of individuals in getting a quick tire rotation and oil change done. Emmett S. informed me of a recall on the transmission dipstick tube and I was able to go over to the service department and Tom F. worked my truck right in and got it taken care of without needing another visit. The Staff at Bergstrom is very friendly, I waited for my car to be serviced, I thought the waiting area air was fairly cold. Other then that everything was fine.

You have a great team at Bergstrom of Neenah. From my initial contact with Brooke to set up an appointment with a sales rep to my actual arrival. Mike is an excellent sales person and I enjoyed working with him. He actually listened to what I was looking for and matched me with the exact car I wanted. He was prepared and available for my scheduled visit. He moved the buying process along to meet my scheduling needs and was pleasant through the entire process. I appreciated meeting other members of your team including your service department who all were outgoing and friendly and knowledgeable about the services available should I need them. Entirely a great experience.

We drove up 85+ miles to look at a used vehicle. Matt Idhe had helped me discuss vehicles over the phone prior to our arrival. After test driving a few he offered us a great deal on a courtesy vehicle 2013 Chevy Traverse. It worked out great. He was very easy to work with, very interested in helping us out.

I appreciate the extra services like vacuuming and washing my van. I only use Bergrstom for my oil changes! The have great customer service. I recommend Bergstrom to all my friends!

Eric is an awesome service consultant he does everything he can to assist us and makes sure that whatever is going on with the truck is dealt with and fixed. Also the mechanics at Bergstrom do an awesome job.

Pulled in because my blinker was not working... 15 minutes later drove out with a new blinker and a car wash! Now that is service. Got to love these guys!
