Great place to buy a truck!!!!

John Hirsch Motors is a great place to buy a car. They are very friendly and don't waste your time going back and forth to negotiate a deal. Jon Hammer is outstanding in the service department. Had a couple of issues with my used truck and he got them fixed right away. I will buy another car there.

Fair and honest to deal with - 2014 Ram 1500 LTD

My wife and I were looking to replace our Ford King Ranch and heard great reviews on the Ram 1500, and after researching the Ram, we decided to buy. We shopped 3 dealers in the north metro, and found Mark at Cambridge to be very accommodating and honest to deal with. This was after working with a dealer in Forest Lake who gives car sales people the reputation we have all heard about, not Mark at Cambridge. Even when trying to use the last day of the month as our negotiating leverage, Mark actually told us our deal would stand after the end of the month, and even thought we may receive more rebates by waiting.. he was right! When my wife and I got down to deciding between the Laramie and the Laramie Limited, I asked Mark to park them side by side so my wife could hop from one to the other and make her decision. When we pulled in to the lot, there were both trucks, side by side. Needless to say, this helped make the decision easier. I would highly recommend Cambridge Motors to my family and friends.

Our first new Dodge Caravan

This is our first new Dodge Caravan. Actually our first Chrysler product ever. We are very satisfied with it. Jayne (sales person) was great at finding us just what we were looking for. She is very helpful answering any questions. We're happy campers!

Love the Chevy Sonix

Love the Chevy Sonix it's a great car Jayne worked very very hard to help me and make the deal happen I would go back and I would send my friends all people involved in getting the deal done where very nice and friendly I'm truly great full for all persons involved Thanks very very much Jayne for all you did for Me and Mary Thanks Michele Adams and Mary Hooten

They go out of their way for you

I was very happy with the service I received from Hirsh's. They work very hard to accommodate you. I left my car the night before and put the key in their drop box. By 10:00 the next morning they called telling me they had it finished, and put the repair bill and key above my visor for me to pick up after work. I work long hours on road construction, so it is great to have a dealership that works with you however they can.

Absolutely a great experience from start to finish. This dealer is not only professional, they are helpful, friendly, easy to work with and earns my respect. I had complete confidence in the dealership and the people I worked with when buying my car. Thank you!

Horrible Place To Buy

We traded in a vehicle and they called 2 weeks later and said we owed a extra 6000 dollars for a mistake they did. Well when went back to discuss and get our other vehicle they said we owed them 1000 for services performed brakes ac recharge and detail. This was the worst experience ever do not go thru these people. They should have not charged me anything for there screw up Beware crooked people

Clean facilities, friendly

I have always been very pleased with John Hirsch's Cambridge dealership in the past, but on Monday, June 9, I brought in my 2011 Buick Lucerne for service, tire rotation, and 27-point check. About half way home, the light came on indicating my back right tire was low in pressure. Since they were supposed to do a tire rotation, and a 27-point check and didn't catch the low tire, I am wondering if they even rotated the tires or did the 27-point check. I have moved since I bought the car at Cambridge and live 35 miles from Cambridge so I didn't bring it back for them to check and went elsewhere.

Easy scheduling

I scheduled to have a glass chip repaired and also get my hands free system repaired. And I needed the trunk sensor repaired as well. They were able to get me in the next morning with less than 24hrs notice. Excellent, friendly staff. It does take time to get the work done during the appt, but after having a wheel fall off using a local quick lube, the time is worth it! And they provide a shuttle to anywhere you need to go in town. In the past they have even had a loaner car available for me for over night service. Thanks!

Whenn getting back in my truck,the mechanic didn't put my seat back to where its supposed to be. But will still come back, your the nearest dodge dealership.
