Enjoyed doing business with maplewood toyota .

Worked with salesman Rory Shaffer a year ago on buy a new Highlander decided to wait for the new 2017 model to come out .Rory was never pushy, I called him a few weeks ago , he answered all my questions. When it was time to buy he had what I was looking for so I drove the 90 miles to Maplewood Toyota . Its was a wonderful buying experience . Rory is a real class act .

Great service

Courteous on time service. Helpful and friendly service people. They do their best to get you in and out, have a nice waiting area with coffee and cookies.

Very professional

Tiffany took charge and got my flat tire replaced on my 2016 Prius. She was in touch on the phone before I arrived and took care of me after I arrived.

Love the technician!

The service technician was amazing! He was very thorough and I did not feel taken advantage of. I did end up purchasing 4 new tires but felt no pressure to do so immediately. Totally my choice. Also, I had two big dogs with me and they kindly allowed them to be on a lease with me in the waiting area for the 1 hour 15 minutes. Love this place!

Repair to my Prius

Nate the service manager I dealt with was responsive to my needs and connected with those above him to make the situation right regarding a repair. I appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism. What a superior dealership.

Mabi knew exactly what I wanted and helped me get it.

I have been working with Mabi since my first Tercel back in 1981. He has been able to help me get exactly the cars I've wanted over the years and got me the best price available. Great!

Quick and not pushy

Doug did a good job working with us overall despite being very busy. I liked that he walked through car operation and set up with us and encouraged us to call with any questions. Comfortable car buying experience.
