I was greeted with a smile, and they made every effort to get me in and out quickly. They let me know immediately that they found a nail in my tire and gave me my options and cost. They informed me of the additional time it would take to make the repair. Lucky for me it was a easy fix with a patch and they had me out the door 30 minutes quicker than estimated. I have leased 3 vehicles from Maplewood Toyota and will be leasing #4 in 12 months.

I had a service call to get my oil changed and the service was exceptional. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and given instructions on what to do. The time it took to service my car was great and the service technician explained additional findings with me. So very appreciated!!!

Routine service appointment, but I knew two tires were getting pretty bad. Sure enough, the tech thought so too. The car would have been ready to roll early if it hadn't been for the new tires, but even with them, it was finished promptly.

Everyone was very courteous and the maintenance was done in a timely manner. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. Excellent job.

Fast service turnaround. Test drove Rav hybrid while I was there. Good experience with the sales rep and test drive. Service area is clean and organized. Customer lounge is comfortable and has coffee and cookies available.

The last time I bought a car at a dealership in Wisconsin, the staff made me feel small and treated me like nusiance. My experience with Tom Westcott was spectacular from the start. His warm disposition was not over the top, but he bent over backwards to assist us in purchasing our Prius. Usually major purchases are stressful, but Tom and the staff at Maplewood made it a fun and exciting experience for my wife and I.

I have nothing but great things to say for the service department and the people at Maplewood Toyota. I keep going back because of their quality and I can trust them.

Taking my car in for service is actually something I look forward to -- the service people meet me with a smile, and start taking care of the car right away. I relax in the waiting area, and I am always satisfied with the results!

I noticed that my headlight was out, and my "maintenance required soon" light had come on, so I stopped in to see if I needed to make an appointment. The maintenance was tire rotation; they topped off the liquids, checked things out, rotated the tires, changed the bulb, washed the car. I was out in under an hour. They were kind, efficient, knowledgeable. Great team!
