I loved the convenience of the N-Line service.

I loved the convenience of the N-Line service. The gentleman who picked up my vehicle was very respectful and accommodating. Also, thank you to Don for informing me about this service. I would highly recommend this dealership!

If I could give this place a negative star I would.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Beware of this place. The wife and I went to test drive a car. The sales guy gives us the "what would it take for us to do business today". Since I had an email from a different dealer with the numbers I wanted, but didn’t want to make the 1-hour drive to do it, I showed him the email. I specifically said, if you can sell me that car for $49k, give me $38k for my trade I will write you a check from my business for the difference and we can do this deal today. He gives us the “Well, since you have an email from our competitor that should not be a problem. Let’s go inside so I can talk to the sales manager. It will take less than 5 minutes are we will know what we can do.” In the meantime, he asks for the keys to the trade so he can get it evaluated. After about 20 minutes at his desk, he comes back with his “Best offer”. They will sell it to me for sticker ($52k) and give me $30 for my trade. I told him not happening. I already said, if you can match the deal from your competitor we have a deal, otherwise I want my key back and I am out of here. “Let me see what I can do.” 30 minutes later the sales manager comes out and tosses me the “offer” Sell it to me $51k and $35 for the trade. I tell him no thanks, that is not what I asked for. Give me my keys and I’m done. “Let me call around on the trade and see what I can do” he says. Fine, but I want the key to my trade. Another 30 minutes go by, and guess what I still have not received. The key to my trade. At this point I outright told the sales guy. Give me the keys to my trade right F&*(ing now. You will not hold me hostage at your dealership. So, he runs back to the sales manager and guess what, they come back with $49 for the new car and $38 for the trade. Great, At this point I am tired of dealing with this so let’s just do this deal. Again, I tell him I want the keys to my trade. I am going to go home, get the title to my trade and a checkbook. He tells me that I don’t need any of that, we can do the deal, and I can bring it back. I tell him I don’t want to come back after I have signed everything. Just GIVE ME THE KEYS TO MY TRADE!. I will go home to get my checkbook and title to the car. Is this so hard to understand? He tells me that if I go home the deal will not be available to me when I come back. I tell him I will take my chances and if they want to cancel the deal that is fine. I will just go somewhere else. I finally got the keys to the trade, go home, get the title and checkbook and run back to the dealership. This is where I FUBARd the deal. I should have just told them to F-off but I wanted to get it over with. I go back to the dealer, and they are shocked that I came back. They never sent anything to finance, so now I must wait for that crap. Finally get to finance, (which was actually a great experience, hats off to the finance guy) and go to write the check. It’s a business check. I told them upfront that my business was buying the car and that I would be writing a business check. This, in the finance office it where I get told I need a business card to go with the check. I don’t have one. I don’t have business cards for my business. It’s a holding company that holds assets, I don’t give out business cards. So, anyhow, the finance guy asked me if I could send him one later. Okay – maybe I have an old one at the house, probably not, but let’s get this done so tell him “Okay, I’ll look for one.” So, he lets me go and pages this xxxxxx of a sales guy. He walks over and gives me the key and tell me to hang on while he gets the paper plate. Why is this not done? Paper plate on and he’s like “Okay. Thanks.” And walks off. If I could the car back I would just so they don't get the $ for the sale.

I looked at a 2019 Tundra SR5.

I looked at a 2019 Tundra SR5. Pictures looked good online. In person, the front grill was missing but part of it remained under the bumper and had sharp points like it was somehow torn off. The inside of the vehicle was filthy...filthy! They said they had just received it from FL and had not had time to clean it. There was a cigarette burn in the back seat, the driver's window tint had scratches all over it, and the vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke. I sat down just to talk about the price. The sticker price was $30,401. I spoke about all the issues and was hopeful they would come back with a lower price. Boy was I naive. They came back with an estimate of $40k and some change. The salesperson did fine explaining that most of the add-ons were optional. However, she said two items were not - Lojack and $3,500 for reconditioning. Needless to say I walked out and will never go back there.

From beginning to end the experience at Vandergriff Hyundai was excellent! The sales associate Noor was incredible. She delivered my vehicle which was a 2 hr one way drive. I would highly recommend Vandergriff Hyundai.
