The concierge service to pick up my vehicle is excellent. I'm able to make appointments soon and get my car in and out quickly. They recommend or let me know what services are needed which is appreciated.

Vandergriff made sure to keep me well informed regarding my vehicle's service. The only thing I wish is that I would've liked the dealer to have had the parts for the common issue affecting my vehicle in stock so that my issue could've been resolved in one appointment, but that is neither here nor there. Overall, I received excellent service from Vandergriff.

Exceptionally pathetic!

Exceptionally pathetic! First they will lure you to get a car and say its sold even though its clearly not. We have interest notification 3 days ago and booked appointment in which they called us again and again and responded them that we need the car and they when we reach there the car is just gone and the sales person starts showing random cars. Also, the manger is not even polite about the situation and is too rude even after wasting 4-5 hrs of our time. Will not recommend any vandergriff dealership if this is how they treat customers

I had already been to this dealership 3 times in the last

I had already been to this dealership 3 times in the last several weeks. I know i wanted a White Santa Fe, but unfortunately it was already sold. Mark my salesman was very helpful finding me a silver Santa Fe. The process took longer than i thought because the silver was just delivered so they had to get it ready for me. Vandergriff Hyundai is a wonderful dealership. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. If you need a car they will take care of you.

Did whatI needed price high every time I go in there no matter what I am charged at least $1000 this time my manager special oil change went from $99 and before I left I spent $1000
