I ordered a new explorer in January, which was recalled the day before delivery was scheduled. Mark Halverson went above and beyond, and coordinated with other fantastic team members to overcome challanges and ensure a smooth experience. Every commitment made was honored. I don't do online reviews, but this experience was too good to not share.

My mechanic told me he buys his vehicles from Apple Auto. So, I checked them out. A lot of potential buyers were there. Plenty of staff on hand, very polite, attentive and informative. I had a wonderful experience with my salesman. He was very patient with me. I made a bad choice purchase though, and I used the 7 day return option. The car was beautiful, but way to smart for me. I decided I needed far less options in my vehicle. So I'm headed back down to get a different car from Apple Auto. I would purchase from them in the future. They have many models and options to chose from.
