Sears Imported Autos

I had a great experience at Sears Imports with John and everyone else on the team there. They were straight forward, efficient and offered a fair price on an used trade-in from the get go. I was in and out of the dealer in just around an hour or so after my final test drive and the van has been great through its first 1,000 miles. I'm very happy with the purchase.

We've been happy customers of Sears for almost 20 years, purchasing four vehicles and always coming here for service, but I have to say, this current experience was a bit unique. I was there to help my 90 year old mother purchase a Mercedes. She had a Mercedes she loved, but it was 10 years old and time to trade in. Change is hard when you're 90. I have to give a huge shoutout to Gene Kaganovsky. He was so incredibly kind, respectful, patient and helpful. Thank you soooo much! You made my mother very happy, and you have made me very happy knowing she's driving around in a safe, beautiful vehicle that she feels comfortable driving.

Gene and the crew at Sears were great! Gene took the time to explain many of the bells and whistles of the car.
