Our family went to Sears Imports for our daughter’s first Mercedes Benz. It was such an easy and enjoyable experience. We worked with Boris Perelman in the Sales Department and Justin Hagen in Finance. Both were extremely knowledgeable and patient to work with. So respectful of all of our family. But especially how they answered all of our daughter’s many questions. They made sure everything was clearly explained. Boris is very comfortable and knowledgeable to work with. Especially for a younger adult and her first experience leasing a new car. As parents we were pleased how Boris made this entire experience so easy. His commitment to his customer and making sure they understand everything and are happy, is evident. Our next Mercedes will definitely be purchased or leased through Boris.
