Our experience with Boris and Sears Imported Autos was absolutely amazing. Boris's customer service, product knowledge, professionalism, and honesty made our car-buying experience enjoyable. Although we were not the big fish in the sea, Boris and Sears made us feel like we were their number one client. From the very first phone call through driving off the lot, I never felt like a number. When we walked into the dealership, we were greeted immediately, given refreshments, and then taken to our car. As we approached the car, we noticed a huge sign in front of it that congratulated us on our purchase, which made us feel appreciated. Boris and Sears focused on all the details, including the small ones, which made the experience memorable. When buying our next car, we will definitely call Boris again.

We had a very good experience in the purchase of our used EQB300. Gene did a good job of explaining the ins and outs of owning an electric vehicle.

Once again my car buying experience at Sears Imported Auto was excellent. I came in thinking I wanted a GLC350e but wasn't sure. Gene did a superb job of reviewing all aspects of the vehicle with me and my husband, and then the test drive really sold us. It is a gorgeous SUV inside and out, that is quiet and very fun to drive. Plus we are very excited about its hybrid feature. Gene was a delight to work with, putting together a deal that included a fair price for my trade in.
