Stopped in to use the restroom and walked out with a new SUV!!! I cannot say enough about our sales representative Nick Griffin and the Sears Mercedes-Benz dealership team. We were in the preliminary phase of purchasing a vehicle and not certain of what we wanted after looking and test driving multiple vehicles days prior. Early Saturday morning we hopped from dealership to dealership checking out more options with nothing catching our eyes. Once we arrived at the Sears lot our daughter needed to use the restroom. As we were waiting for her, the nicest gentleman Nick Griffin struck up a conversation and soon he and my husband were talking vehicles. We asked to just take one for a test drive and everyone fell in LOVE with it....end of story, we purchased!! Had we not stopped in and talked to Nick Griffin, I’m certain we would still be searching for a vehicle. He was an extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, get you what you want kind of a guy. He went the extra mile even though it was an extremely busy and an odd market time. Thank you Nick Griffin and the Sears Mercedes-Benz dealership for helping us make the best decision!! I no longer want to walk. Just drive. 🤩

I was in search of a new GLA and after test driving one at a different dealership and not being able to work out a deal, I came to Sears Imported and found Sue! Sue is an excellent sales person without being over-sales-y. She owns the same model of car I was after, so she was super knowledgeable about all the features. Sue was also helpful in helping me customize and order my new car, which was a little challenging during a pandemic. However, it was a seamless process and I would be happy to come back again in the future!
