August 7th I purchased a 2018 bmw 328d from Sears imported autos and the salesman told me the car is in perfect condition. I live almost 2 hours from this place and he kept telling me that it’s in perfect beautiful condition so I took his word for it and I bought the car. I get to the dealership and be just rushed me though to quickly look at the car and go sign the paperwork. I was promised to get the fancy giant bowtie experience and I was lied to about that as well. As I seen a few other get it other than me. I buy the car and I get home to find tons of scratches and a door ding, not only that but the car smelled like diesel fuel when it was sitting in my garage. I contact the salesman and he tells me to bring it back in on my expense of fuel to have the door ding and scratches fixed. So I brought the car back and they quickly went through It and I get home and find buff trails everywhere. So I take it back for the second time and they had it for not even 2 hours and I get it back and I tried to look at it the best I could and it was cloudy so I didn’t see any issues. 2 days later I have it in the sunlight and about half the car still has buff trails and now they won’t respond to me. So learn from my experience and steer clear of this dealership. They only care about the money not the customer

I appreciated the great service that our salesman answers auto with making sure we had a memorable experience but the amount of phone calls that we get after the sales and any service is getting really ridiculous as in this is OK fourth survey that I have not received since purchasing the vehicle and this does not include the surveys for my service appointment

Always friendly and helpful. I asked about installing a remote start feature, and while Sears does not do those accessories, the service my manager told me about a local installer that specializes in accessories for Mercedes, and how tocontact them. Like your new coffee maker, too!

AMG Buyer
From the first phone call through after the purchase process, John Mulligan and the team at Sears were there every step of the way. Due to work stoppages due to covid and chip shortages, many AMG vehicles were not made for 2021. John worked hard to obtain an allotment and make my special order work. I am very impressed with the team at Sears.

Poor owner trying to extort
We worked with a rep for almost a week back and forth and were to buy the car today and decided to buy it today. We were told that because we were out of town that we HAD to finance and also add a protection product. Couple issues here, first is we do not finance and the second is that I do not need their money grabs to add the scam protection packages. I asked why on these two and they said because of the auto shortage they had to add those in so in other words the owner of the dealership needs to make a certain amount of money for their lifestyle. This is the erroneous scam that I have ever heard of trying to push products and using the car shortage as an excuse. Not my problem and to basically come out and admit is that it was a money grab too. We ended up finding basically the same car in Ohio today and wired them the funds and the car will be on its way to us and the dealer even paid the shipping:) So if you want to get screwed then go here..
