I have worked with John Mulligan for years and an absolute gem to the dealership in all manners, sincerely! All staff are amazing but if you are buying a car; you must speak with John Mulligan. This is the second car bought: 1st 2016 CLA 250 AMG and 2018 GLE coupe 63s. He truly is an asset to Mercedes dealership. Will buy another one in a year or so and will use him again. Most greatful for John!

This was my first experience buying from Sears Imports. I have walked in several times in the past and it has always felt like no one wanted to help me - so I would drive past Sears and head to Feldmanns and buy a car there. - but not this time - Justin was AMAZING and made the process perfect. He gave me just the right amount of help. I have purchased at least 30 Mercedes (all from Feldmann's, by the way) in the past so I didn't need him to start from scratch - and he figured out exactly what to show me that was new and cool and exciting! I can't wait to buy my next car from Justin and Sears! One more thing: in these crazy times, they actually had the model I wanted (GLS). It seems like most of the local dealers are out of these and are taking orders for fall - which isn't what I was looking for!

Everything went perfectly except for trying to get the paperwork to USAA for the financing. There seemed to be a problem getting the documentation to the USAA because of transmission problems with the documentation. Other than that little glitch everything went the way what I would have expected it to.
