Sue was so great to work with! She was patient and understanding in the very beginning when I was casually browsing and just trying to understand my options. She would check back with me, but not make me feel like she was pushing me. When I made the appointment to come in, we took a loop through the lot just to make sure we weren’t missing anything. We spotted the GLA then; we hadn’t planned on looking at any of those. In the end, it as the best fit and we are thrilled. Sue went through how the car we bought and the one we had made the appt for compared and made sure we had all the facts. I never felt pressured or like she was pushing one way or the other. She just really wanted me to know what I was buying. Thank you, Sue! It was great working with you!
