Once again my car buying experience at Sears Imported Auto was excellent. I came in thinking I wanted a GLC350e but wasn't sure. Gene did a superb job of reviewing all aspects of the vehicle with me and my husband, and then the test drive really sold us. It is a gorgeous SUV inside and out, that is quiet and very fun to drive. Plus we are very excited about its hybrid feature. Gene was a delight to work with, putting together a deal that included a fair price for my trade in. I addition to Gene, Jennifer and Corbyn helped make our purchase process go very smoothly. A big Thank You to everyone involved.

She kept me informed of the build process, shipping from Germany, and ultimately sent a video of the car upon arrival.(I was out of town at the time) Day of pickup was smooth. Met with Sue first, then Justin in finance and then Corbyn to go over all the details of the car. Everyone deserves an A+.
