Bait and Switch

Bait and switch. I was told the vehicle I wanted was available, so I drove an hour to buy it...only to be told that I needed to order one and wait 6 months. Waste of time and I will never buy a vehicle from them.

great service

Easy to schedule the service. Check in person was pleasant. She suggested several service items, based on mileage, but was not pushy. The price quoted for service was exactly the amount at the cashier. Service done quickly. I had used another dealer exclusively up to this point. I will be continuing to service my vehicle at your service department. Thanks for the excellent service experience.

Great service

Shawn was fabulous! He helped me out with my flat tire the night before so when my husband said i needed all new tires he brought my car back to Burnsville to do the job.

Don't bother until they learn what service means

I guess I have a hard time recommending a service department that doesn't listen to what a customer requests. Love Toyota but recommend someone other than the Burnsville group. Drove in for an appointment and if you don't follow their rules it doesn't matter what you have to say. Guess what. My business is going elsewhere. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
