Oil change Issue resovled

My recent service had an issue with an oil plug stripped or cross threaded when changing oil. The service department gave me a loaner vehicle and took care of the repairs and oil change at no charge to me. That is standing behind your work and well appreciated.

Lacking communication

Very unimpressed with my visit here. I spoke on the phone with a team member about reserving a specific vehicle listed on their website. While on the phone, I specifically asked if I would be able to put a deposit on the vehicle over the phone and was told, 'we require you be in person to put a deposit on a vehicle.' Knowing this, I scheduled an appointment with a salesman and I jumped in my vehicle and drove over to the dealership and arrived just 30 minutes after the phone call. After sitting down with the salesman, I am told 'shoot, I just had someone call and put a deposit on that specific car, OVER THE PHONE.' I let the salesman know I asked to do this exact thing and was not able, he was not able to provide much help or know why I was told I could not do this. Because of this, I had to put a deposit on a more expensive vehicle, and will be without a car for the next month. Very unimpressed with how the dealership handled this.

Great service with a clean inviting waiting area!!

They are always Timely and friendly. Always send out reminders of upcoming service or appointments. Nice waiting room to sit while you wait.

Great service, neat and clean facility.

Every one was very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. Service was done in a timely manner and they gave me a free car wash!

Highlander Service

Timely and efficient service. Clean and comfortable facilities. Only reservation was seemingly high cost of oil change and tire rotation.
