Horrible experience with this dealer. I went here last week with my wife to buy a used Mazda CX-9. The one we came to see was of course sold days before. After making an offer on another vehicle and getting ready to move forward with the purchase the manager comes back to me and denies the purchase because I didn’t want to finance through them. Don’t go here if you are financing with another bank because they will keep trying to get you to go through their bank and then decline your buisness. Complete waste of time.

I went to buy a certified used car and when they realized I don't want their financing because of high interest rate, they tried to add extra 1,500 $ to the price. They initially lied about the price to make me travel from NY to NJ. The sales manager john was very rude and was trying to xxxx me off when it came to finalizing the price. Always Always ask them to break down the price before accepting any offer from them. They will try to add unwanted fees into it.
