Don't call you back to clear things up or even try to fix a problem/ Maybe if I post on here I'll be able to get another temp tag so I don"t have to get any tickets because your company keeps denying me one. Maybe you're just send me my title so I can get it myself. I haven't been able to go to the store to get food, let alone pick up Christmas presents for fear of getting a ticket that I shouldn't have to pay. I will be getting a hold of the owner and the Mazda company. I have never in the past been denied a second temp plate from other dealerships. You can call the Henry Co Sheriff office here in TN If you don't believe they will ticket me for expired tags.

Terrible Experience
We bought a 2015 pre-owned Jeep from this dealership a month ago. The sales did not tell us any problems of this car except some cosmetic damage (scratches). On my way home on the highway the next day after we brought it, the car completely shut down and stalled while driving along the express lane, almost causing a serious accident! When we were driving back to the dealership, the car stalled out and completely shut down AGAIN. The car had engine, transmission, and brake problems. They fixed brakes and sent us to a Jeep dealership to get the transmission problem fixed. However the brake problem still existed after the first fix. After they fixed the brakes the second time, we went to a Jeep dealership and spent a $150 to let them check the car, and the Jeep dealership found the Mazda Lodi used the wrong size rotors, and rear rotors only making contact with half of brake pad surface. Another issue found was that the left rear differential output was leaking. We came to Mazda Lodi again to get brakes / rotors fixed the third time. A few days later, when my son was driving the car, the engine light was on again, and the car shut off and brakes stopped working normally!! We came back to the dealership again, the engine light was gone, and the technician couldn’t find out the problem. Right after we left the dealership, the engine light was on again, we stopped in a gas station right next to the high way. The technician Jeff came to the gas station to help us, but he could not find out the problem. When we asked Mo Abuzaid why he didn’t tell us the problems in the first place, he still insisted the car was good with no problems, even though it almost caused a serious accident the day after we brought it! He also shrugged off the fact that the rotors only made contact with half of the brake pad surface! And we asked him if we can return the car as there is a serious unknown problem with the car shutting off now, but he said No. We asked him who is the general manager of the dealership, he said “I am!” even though he is just a sales manager. We just don’t understand how a sales manager's words can be so ridiculous! Another sales manager John Bruno was very ignorant and didn’t pick up our calls. We know you want to sell cars, however the bottom line you need to remember is you cannot put your customer in danger! But you broke this line!! We spent $12 thousand to buy a car that still has serious issues that cannot be fixed.

Lovely experience
Amazing experience at this dealership. Is it bad I am excited to go back for an oil change and see the final construction of this building done? Thank you, Mazda of Lodi, for a helpful time!

My New Mazda Cx5
every time I go to Mazda of Lodi I have a great experience. When I got my new car, it was no exception. The building is under construction right now but in a few weeks it will be done! Can't wait to see it then.

Scam artest
I have been a customer for YEARS and twice now I have been scammed. They promise to pay for the over mileage and give you check for you to keep. Then you get a call from Chase saying that you owe for over mileage. This is the 2nd time it had happened I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN the "NEW MANAGER" is no better than the old one Charlie Garcia he might as well go back to Wayne Mazda with the other scam artists.

Clown Show
Absolute clown show. Sales manager John leered at my girlfriend when she walked through the door. Looked her up and down and commented on how she looked "different" than the day before when she stopped in wearing her work clothes. Then he tried to bull rush her with "free maintenance" When I told him that's not a big selling point for us since she only drives a few thousand miles a year he literally said "I guess I can't help you then" and stormed away like a child. The salesperson then told us "Sorry, John's having a bad day" Which I suppose was our problem? I guess we should have made him feel like he was doing us a favor letting us spend 30 thousand dollars? Clown! Then the salesperson presents us a deal he claims is the total price, all in. When I inquire if that includes the tax he says it does. We say great, we'll take it. He then gets up and goes to talk to John. 10 minutes later he returns to tell us "my bad. It doesn't include the tax. I'm new here." What that had to do with anything I'm not sure. I don't even work there and I knew there was tax that needed to be added. At this point we bring up trading in her current vehicle. The salesperson takes her keys and 15 minutes he returns and offers five thousand under book value. We thank him and go to leave. We pass John in the middle of his bad day and he can't bother to even say thank you. xxxx, he couldn't even bother to look up. My girlfriend spends her weeks working with special needs children. It's what she's dedicated her life to. She gets one day off a week and that day has now seen her leered at, rudely walked away from, lied to and then ignored completely on the way out the door. This was unacceptable to me. And when I told John how unprofessional he had acted he stands up and yells at me to "get the xxxx out of my dealership" and tells me I'm rude. Well, maybe. But he's a clown. An unprofessional clown. And this dealership apparently condones this behavior because I left a detailed message for the GM asking for him to simply call and apologize to my girlfriend for how she was treated and the call never came. Just a simple, "I'm sorry you were objectified, treated rudely and lied to" was too far a bridge for this dealership. There's a lot of options when buying a Mazda. It's not hard to do better than this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
They sold us a used car with a very serious oil leak which will now cost us thousands of dollars. They are unethical and untrustworthy. There is no way there were not aware of this problem. DO NOT USE. EVER. They steal your money and do not care. Thief’s. They claim to not have been aware of this. This could only mean they do not inspect their trade in cars when doing a trade in. We all know that isn’t the case. All cars get inspected during trade in. It is a very obvious problem. Total xxxxxxxx

Oil change was fast!
Visited this dealership in Lodi with my daughter to get her Mazda an oil change to keep her company. We thought it would take a long time. Turned out it was less than an hour to get the maintenance done on the car, and we had time to go out to lunch together as well that day. I was impressed with how quick they were. I was jealous, because the place that I go to for my car, it usually takes forever!

ALMOST there with my purchase......was impressed.
I have been looking around for some months now, and I'm super close to buying. Hector was my sales guy today, and he was great. I'm getting closer to biting the bullet on a new MAZDA CX-5..... everyone there was nice and helped answer all of the questions that I had today. Now, I just need to get my wife in there so we can pick out the color we want.

Seeking a used car at Mazda Lodi
I was looking at used cars. While I am still looking, I wanted to thank the team for answering my questions and treating me like a customer. I'll be back when I make my decision. Thank you.
