I shopped online and went to test drive one car and ended up with another. It was a very easy buying experience. The only issue was that the car I bought had some issues that were supposed to be a part of their inspection. After some back and forth, these issues eventually were resolved but I had to push a little bit. In the end they wanted to make sure I left a happy customer...which I am.

I visited Apple Used Autos because of a car I saw online. Rich Hervieux was who helped me. He was pleasant, helpful, not pushy, honest, and fair. I also worked with Chad in finding a fair trade-in value for my car. I made one visit and left in my "new" car. It's honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

I found the car online and called Apple Autos about it and scheduled an appointment. The Sales Consultant was Dacy Williams. I had about a five hour drive and Dacy was kind enough to call on my drive to make sure I was still on time and had the directions. Dacy let me look over the car thoroughly and then take it for a test drive. She even had a mechanic put it up on a hoist for me so that my father and I could look underneath it. Overall, the price was great and Dacy was awesome to deal with! thanks, Andy

I love my Nissan Altima and I would recommend Apple Used Autos to anyone. Dacy was very nice. The only thing I was not happy about was that the cost of the car was misquoted (a bit higher than the online stated price) on my pre-approval loan application.

Never try to upsell. Asked for estimate on new tires - very competitive. Knowledgeable employees.

The service department was friendly and easy to work with. The repair on my car was done just like I had hoped, plus they took care of the seat sensor recall while still being on time.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and my oil changes are done quickly, so I have overall had good experiences. The reason for 7 stars was because of the limited hours I can come in for oil changes, and one small issue I had on my last visit. I was supposed to get a free car wash with my oil change, however I was told that they were "running behind" and since it was late in the day, I would not be able to get one. The staff member was polite and courteous and asked if this was ok, or did I want to reschedule or come back? It is difficult for me to make time in my busy schedule for an oil change, let alone just a car wash, so I went ahead with my oil change anyway. It's not a huge deal, but I thought I would mention it, as it was difficult to understand why there would be a backlog of cars needing to be washed - it didn't make sense.
