Apple Used Autos Shakopee

Went with my daugther and her boyfriend to look for a car for him. Unfortunately he was unable to get one that day. One of the cars he looked at was bought by my daughter, a 2010 VW Passat Kumfort wagon, which i also liked, but i found a 2006 Ford Freestyle Wagon, which is the one that i decided to trade my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan in on.the Freestyle, it had less miles on it. Our Salesman Zack has a world of patience, because all told it pretty much took most of the day to get thru all of our paperwork and info put into computer. So far so good with the Freestyle, no complaints yet. Hopeing that whomever had it before me took good care of it, as i will do. I believe the better you keep your vehicle the longer and better it will run for you.

When I drove through the lot, Rich came out to ask what I was looking for. I had found an SUV on cars.com that I was looking at. He got me into a test drive. It was not what I was looking for, but they had another Yukon that they let me test drive. It was a very good experience, I was able to test the car have it checked out. I really liked the openness about the work done and the pricing being set. Once I made my decision, they worked with me on my financing and we had the Yukon that weekend without any issues. Great process and experience all around.

We purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix, the salesmen that helped us find the car was named Rich. I had been searching for a car and no one was as helpful and kind as Rich. He's a great asset to Apple used autos.

It was a bone-chilling Saturday in December, and few were out car shopping. Carol Madson met my wife and me, in the lot. We were reluctant to get out of our warm car, but Carol was willing to brave the elements, right along with us. She understood exactly what we needed and helped us view/test drive and even brought several cars indoors, where it was warm. I think we met everyone working that day. Even the maintenance man (Frank?) chipped-in to chat with us and help out. It was as though we were all old friends. Although we didn't purchase that day, we have purchased three vehicles through Apple Auto Group previously, and will definitely keep checking this lot. As a side note, this review was not solicited.

We were in a car accident that totaled our van and started a totally unexpected car search. We were weary of car shopping and used car salesman buy the time we walked through the doors of Apple Used Autos in Shakopee. We were met at the door by Carol Madson and she was a breath of fresh air. She quickly found out our needs, budget, wants, and had a list of cars with keys ready for us to test drive in no time. She pointed out pros and cons on each vehicle and didn't sugar coat anything to get a quick sale. We never felt pressured or hurried. She was great. These sales people do not work on commission and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this dealership for used auto sales. We ended up purchasing the first vehicle we saw and was able to drive it home that day.

Didn't have a running car. Had to get it towed from work. Didn't have much money down and had me in an 8 year newer running car and out the door by close that night. Great friendly customer service and overall very caring.

I went to Apple Used Autos because a friend of mine strongly recommended them, and I'm so glad I did! They were extremely friendly, and willing to work with my needs! I met with Dacy and Carol, and both of them went out of their way to help me find the best car for me. They work for their customers' satisfaction and needs, rather than focusing on making as much money as they can for themselves. Tom also helped me a lot with trying to get the best deal with my loan. I know it was a lot of work, because I have terrible credit, but they didn't give up until we got a bank that was willing to work with us. I am so grateful to everyone at Apple Used Autos, and now have a car that I love!
