Very good to deal with.

Very good to deal with. No high pressure sale tactics. They fixed the issue with the back-up camera before I took the car home. Very happy with the car.

Poor follow up, careless repairs, constant issues with

Poor follow up, careless repairs, constant issues with vehicle under warranty from Walser with many fine print details on how repairs can be done. I am in market for new car and will never purchase another from Walser.

Service her has always been great.

Service her has always been great. Sales is another story. As part of the business plan; market and advertise "one price" to shut down negotiations, but the dealership always under values trade giving them control of both ends of transaction. Only those of limited intelligence and awareness will fall for this.

Enjoyed working with Matt in the service area. Kept me informed on the status of my car and the timing for picking it up. He explained everything in detail so that I understood and what to look for if that "sound" happened again.
