Excellent communication and great incentives to purchase. We were coming from out of state and Maura made the process very smooth. The car was exactly as advertised and we love our new purchase! Maura even recommended a place for brunch and called them for us to make sure they were open before we went there. It was a great meal! We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and excellent customer service. We would definitely drive from Illinois to buy from your dealership again.

We had a great experience with Jeramiah and really appreciate his quick response time to all our questions. He knew we didn’t want to spend a ton of time at the dealership and went out of his way to get all the paperwork done before we arrived. We were in and out in no time.

Service met and exceeded expectations. I appreciated Tao Thao keeping me updated with car repairs and timeline. He also offered to arrange for Uber ride as the time to complete the tasks took time than anticipated. Additionally, waiting room was great....from watching HGTV on a big screen to sipping good coffee was terrific.

Westside VW was generous in providing a rental while my car was being fixed. I had a child napping while needing to go pick up the rental and the staff generously offered to deliver the rental to my home. Outstanding service and support!

After my 50k service for my Jetta 2017 I heard noise coming from the passenger wheel dropped the car off again they fix it, two days later the noise came back again dropped the car off again they told me I have to buy new tires to stop the noise I never heard about this before so now I have two different diagnoses I don’t know which one is right , I have to email VW in Germany and they will figure this out because I emailed the service manager at this branch but he never get back to me .
