I had to go twice
I took my car for a 50K service, it had the check engine light on and I thought it was because of the oil change need. After a few hours, I got the call from VW to give me a diagnosis, stating everything looked fine and that they would do the service. When I picked it up, The check light was still on, I asked about it and they said that was an additional service and not part of the 50K, which I understand. What I found ridiculous is that if I take my car for a full service, they just ignore the light being on and don't even mention it when I get the call stating what was needed for my vehicle. Everybody at the shop was very nice, but I had to go twice and interact with people when we're all currently trying to practice social distancing.

Easy to work with. I had a level of trust with them. Challenging environment because of Covid-19. Most of the paperwork was completed outdoors at a safe distance. No problems.

Padding the bill
We had a electric window works replaced which only VW would fix. Plus they found some other things wrong with the engine seals. That stuff did need to get done and it was costly. The thing that bothered me was $20 for wiper blades and $10 to install! For as much as we spent on the other fixes, That should have been done as a courtesy. Can't remember who we dealt with, had to check one, Sorry Nick if we didn't deal with you.

Not the best service. They failed at the no contact pick...
Not the best service. They failed at the no contact pick up, after paying on line I needed to go in and sign for my vehicle and get my keys. They also called 3 hours after pick up to tell me my windshield needed to be replaced. They did not mention this before or during pickup.
