First, 10,000-mile service
As always, the service staff is friendly and, when they found an issue with my new car, they gave me a loaner so that they could look into the issure further. Turns out, it was not that serious, a fault at the factory, and they replaced the defective part and explained what they had done.

A Pleasant New Car Purchasing Experience
Our Alltrack purchase was very pleasant with no pressure whatsoever. Brian was easy to work with, the price on the car was right were we expected it, and they gave us what we were looking for on the trade-in. Overall it was a very nice and easy purchasing experience.

Both the sales and finance were very helpful. Craig was the only finance person working and made sure I was taken care of even though he had people in line before me and after me.

Better than the dealership I purchased my car from by far. Walking over to look at used cars was quick and easy, The test drive was great. Was shown things about my car my dealer missed.

Pretty average
No one treated me badly but most of the personnel seemed rather arrogant. The salesman seemed disinterested and the sales manager was rather brusque in a mildly condescending way. When they took the vehicle to get washed and detailed before I took ownership I pointed out a couple of stains on the seats and floor. After saying that they would clean them they were still there when I got in the car. I would have taken it back to get cleaned but I needed to get on the road. Also, the car smelled lightly of cigarette smoke. Also, it may be a millennial thing but I think the receptionist was on her smart phone most of the time I was at the dealership.

disjointed and frustrating
I dropped off both keys and gave a description of the issues with one person. Then was checked in my another person. Then a third person comes to tell me it's all ready and to meet him at the pay counter and doesn't provide any explanation so I have to ask him what the deal was with the car. He hands me one key and I have to ask him to go back and find my other key and test it. More waiting. Then I go to pay and there were additional charges on my balance that I had to dispute and wait a very long time for them to correct. Then I get in the car and the light on the dash I had asked them about was still on so I drive back in and they tell me it will be $135 dollars to even look into it. I felt rushed in and rushed out. The attention to detail was terrible and the service guy acted like I was being a burden to him even though it was him who was doing an insufficient job.
