I call in to make an appointment, but never got a confirmation on it. still i showed up at my schedule, and was revived immediately. The lady told me i would take about 1.30 hrs so i just sat down in the waiting area. I keep my car in good shape so that also made it easier on maintenance. less than an hour later Derek came to tell me the car was ready. So next time the car lights up its service time i know i will be a good experience! .

Purchase of a new (used) vehicle
Incredible service from the moment I walked into the dealership to the time I drove away. Since I'm one to get a new(er) vehicle every 20 years, loved the kidding that went with driving onto the lot with a 20 year old Toyota Camry. I trust that I will have 20 years good use from the Tiguan. Extremely friendly atmosphere, very helpful with my 1000 questions, very comprehensive approach to the entire sales process. Loved the entire experience - just the day before, I visited a dealership in White Bear, MN ... sales associate was "in my face", tried to put me a vehicle beyond my budget, continued to call me by the wrong name, and told me at least 15 times in 15-20 minutes they needed to meet their quota for the month of April, so anything I wanted they would meet my requests. My experience with Westside VW totally the opposite. I know which dealership I would recommend ... and which one I would not.

Visit incomplete
Made an appointment 10 days in advance for an oil change and a VW recall requiring sticker change on a 2018 Alltrack. No problem with the oil change but the sticker was not in stock. It arrived 2 days later, thus requiring another visit. This is a waste of customer time. There is no reason that, when the appointment was made, your system could not ensure that this needed part was available.

Check Engine Light Fixed and Maintenance Performed
Had my check engine light come on, brought my car in to have it checked out, and while I was there, had them also perform the next round of maintenance on my car. Check engine light was fixed with a software update and maintenance was taken care of. Happy with my visit.

Professional and efficient
Brian helped answer questions along the way and kept us updated on our vehicle's arrival. He knew our time was valuable with two little children, so he helped set expectations of time needed for the process, as well as obtained documents in advanced to speed things along. We are very happy with our new Alltrack and the service received from Brian! He did a nice job showing us the vehicle and educating us on features.
