Great Service and Staff!
I brought my car in yesterday morning (without an appointment) to have it looked at because the check engine light came on the night before. They were very accommodating and fit me into their morning schedule. They identified the problem and were able to fix it for me right away because they had the necessary parts in stock. After a few hours, my car was good to go! Great service and very helpful, friendly staff.

What a joke
I brought my car in twice for the same issue then once the warranty ended they said it was a different issue and didn’t fix it. Also the manager said he would call me back within 24 hours and I never heard from him. I have bought every car I have ever owned from Luther. Never again!

Expensive
I think $150+ an hour for service is outrageous. When I scheduled it on-line there was no estimate. When I got the estimate when I went there I almost fainted. I questioned the estimate and was told spark plugs install is $250. That is crazy. You have lost my service business and my car leasing business.

Outstanding all around.
Outstanding service and staff. Excellent selection of vehicles. Efficient sales staff. Was a little frustrated by the length Of time that it took to get the paperwork ready. I clearly understand the necessity to get the paperwork completed and signed but the preparation time was an hour while I was waiting. Perhaps direct continued communication with the client can alert them to exactly what’s being done and how that time is being utilized.

Took care of the problem!
Recently purchased a 2018 Tiguan that had issues with vibration and clunking sound in the front end when brakes were applied and going over pot holes. It turned out that the rotors were warped and that a brake pad had a broken part. after a couple of trips to the service dept working Dan and Tao the problem was fixed at no charge under warranty. Great to work with and very quick to reach out once the work was done to let me know.
