This is the second Subaru I bought from Bronwyn at Luther Subaru and was as smooth as the first time. Very happy with my Subaru’s overall, this is my third one and my daughter is on her second one. We are lifers! The Luther Bloomington Subaru experience couldn’t be better.

Oil change.
I appreciated the fast drive up service for my Acura oil change. The facility is clean and safe. I took a star off because they forgot that I purchased the lifetime oil change.

Reset the tire pressure sensor.
You over looked to reset the tire pressure sensor when doing tire rotation. To say the least, other than that your over-all service is great like always.

Always have liked it; Bought my daughter's Forester and my RDX there. The Luther business model is fine. Although my car was parked up tight between two others when the work was done.

The service writers were told the cabin air filter needed to be changed it did not happen . When told they said make an appointment ??? Really during covid do you know how hard it is to get an appoint ment , for a filter ? huh

With the virus this dealership was good enough to pick my car up on a recall and bring it back !! The gentleman was very nice that got my keys and took car over and back, car was fixed!

Customized 60,000 mile service
From start to finish the employees at this location are helpful, kind and professional. I had brake work done at 58,000 miles which included a fluid flush/replacement. I was able to cut that out of the 60,000 mile service as well as the cabin and air filters which I replace myself. I added a heat shield re-attach, better attach and that was done with a reasonable charge. The young woman that took my payment was great as well.
