With the virus this dealership was good enough to pick my car up on a recall and bring it back !! The gentleman was very nice that got my keys and took car over and back, car was fixed!

Customized 60,000 mile service

From start to finish the employees at this location are helpful, kind and professional. I had brake work done at 58,000 miles which included a fluid flush/replacement. I was able to cut that out of the 60,000 mile service as well as the cabin and air filters which I replace myself. I added a heat shield re-attach, better attach and that was done with a reasonable charge. The young woman that took my payment was great as well.

I appreciated the fast drive up service for my oil change. I felt safe in the waiting area. They wore masks. That showed they care about their customers.

Quarantine Edition

Thank you for the service. In the midst of COVID-19 they were able to service my car within 20 min. I was comfortable waiting inside the lobby with not too many people and the employee provided with an explanation of what was done to my car. It was easy and fast.

Rushed, orientation and incomplete and ombudsman gone.

I felt the my overall needs in a vehicle were reviewed and addressed. They thought my mind was made up and just close rushed to close the deal. In retrospect I felt rushed and as I have driven the vehicle I have found there is more to operating vehicle than I think my initial orientation covered or I had real time to digest. Chris Conti was assigned as an ombudsman and was very helpful initially, however he is no longer with dealership and has not been replaced. My problems are android phone, auto connection.

Professional and Efficient

Great dealership for servicing my cars. Consistent with knowledgeable and pleasant staff, timely service and comfortable (and now respectful of COVID 19 safety) lobby in which to wait out while work is being done. Also appreciate the newspapers and coffee.you provide... makes experience feel personal.

Absolutely the most professional service I have ever...

Absolutely the most professional service I have ever received purchasing a car.. Ryuji and TJ (Todd) made purchasing a car feel like a luxury from A to Z and were so patient and knowledgable. Really incredible team. And I adore my Acura! can’t RAVE enough about this dealer!
